It had everything we could want and then some. Good quality cookware, nice sheets and towels. Well stocked pantry with spices.Dishwasher was tricky to use and didn't hold much but overall a lovely, welcoming place to stay with responsive host.Thank you for helping make our trip out for a family wedding really wonderful.

Found condo just as listed. Kitchen was well stocked with everything needed to prepare and eat any meal. Great location, easy to access to Diamond Peak ski area and Incline shopping and restaurants. Would definitely stay here again and recommend to friends.

Great Stay

Loved the home and the location. Very clean. Kitchen well stocked. We were able to cook a Christmas dinner. Love the views from the living room and the fire place. Loved that the bedrooms were downstairs and the living area was upstairs. Close to skiing and lots of walking trails.

Our stay was fantastic! Was a little concerned about not having AC but was not a problem @ all. Several fans are provided, w/ lower evening temps it was perfect. Overall beds were comfy, kitchen had everything we needed to prepare our meals & the living area was just perfect for our group of 6 young & older adults.

Fantastic Condo

Great location near Diamond Peak Resort. Close to groceries and the lake. The condo is warm and inviting. The host left a goodie basket and beverage for our stay. Also the host left a stocked pantry and fridge of condiments and other necessities needed when cooking. Complex is quiet and peaceful. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here and will be back!

Worth a Stay Minus the Gift Basket

Just a heads up about the rental: The place is clean and centrally located in Incline Village. The king mattress is the most comfortable, the full/twin bunk bed is medium firm, and the third queen mattress is pretty hard (we had a hard time sleeping on it). The kitchen is fully equipped, and there are 3 bathrooms, which is great for a big group. There is no shampoo, conditioner, or body soap provided, so remember to bring your own. I made the mistake of assuming they would be provided, but luckily, I found travel-size items at the local grocery store. Super important - do not eat the gift basket as everything in it had expired a year or two ago, including nuts that could have made us sick. We ended up tossing it all out.

We really liked this unit. The location was perfect for being really close to the grocery store, restaurants and inbetween sand harbor and kings beach. The bedroom set up was ideal for our family, sheets and towels were clean and comfortable. Kitchen was well stocked, even had laundry. The unit is in a quiet, woody area which was lovely to sit in the little patio. Communication was fantastic with the property manager. And really Appreciated the closet with the beach chairs, umbrellas, cooler and blanket, it was soooo useful! We didn’t try the pool, not sure if it was accessible with Covid but we were at a lax tourney and the beach the whole time. It was a hot week in Tahoe so the unstairs gets really warm during the day, but cools off at night and the portable fans were sooo helpful! Thanks again, would definitely recommend to others.

The property was in a great location, close to the grocery, restaurants and inbetween sand harbor and kings beach. It was a quiet complex, a bit tricky to find the house number but didn’t take too long. Parking was close and easy. The bed/room situations were great for our family. The kitchen, living and laundry were perfect for our short stay. Appreciated the portable fans since it was a very warm week in Tahoe so upstairs gets hot. Really appreciated the beach chairs, umbrellas, cooler and beach blanket. Had a great stay!

Everything we needed

The property manager was extremely responsive and kind. It is a little confusing finding the correct parking area for the condo when we first arrived, but a map was provided. A basket of treats was waiting for us at the condo and the pantry had oil, seasonings, tea, coffee, etc. The condo was very clean and the kitchen contained all dishes, plates, utensils we would ever need. There are two cameras on the property; a doorbell camera and a camera on the balcony. I don't remember reading about these in the listing and I don't know how often the camera is viewed. It is a little uneasy feeling like you are being watched when you are trying to enjoy yourself on the balcony. The bedrooms were on the main level and the kitchen/living space is upstairs. I was not expecting this layout, but it did not hinder the experience. There were carpet stains in each room that looked old, but I was surprised to see. Overall, we had a great time at Lake Tahoe and the condo provided everything we needed. The condo was in a great location to access everything Incline Village offers and for exploring the rest of Lake Tahoe. The condo was a great value for everything it provided.

Highly recommend for those going to Diamond Peak

We are super satisfied with this place. And this is our first experience to book the whole house. Everything went smoothly. We have no complain. We came here to ski at Diamond Peak ski resort, which is just about 1 mile away. The place looks like a home, feels like a home and has everything you need. All the towels feel soft and new. The kitchen is fully equipped. I even make brownies here. The owner also prepared shovel in the outside closet, which we needed on one snowy day. Everything is clean and easy to use. My friend and my family enjoyed a lot when staying here. When we stayed by the cozy fireplace and saw the snow coming down outside, you just feel that's a perfect Christmas should be! If you travel with young kids, this is definitely much better than staying at the hotel. It feels like your vacation home that you want to have! The place is so close to Diamond peak ski resort, which makes easy for all, especially young kids. We are the last to leave the ski resort, and soon children can be home to enjoy a cup of hot chocolate! Nobody wants to commute during a trip especially when it is snowing heavily outside! When traveling with young child and eld parents, the comfort and conveniency immediately become the top priority! The host is very friendly and prompt to answer our questions. Considering this is our first time here, the host gave us lots of tips. The management company: Evolve is also friendly and efficient. We have the last minute change. The host and management offered the great help to us in a timely manner. We really appreciated it! There is also a grocery store: Riley's nearby. If you are rushed for the trip, you don't need to worry. The grocery store is big and well organized. You just need to pack your personal stuff and come here....then you have everything! I will continue considering Vrbo.com for my next trip! Thank you!
