Consider this cottage retreat while you visit Yulee/Historic Fernandina/Amelia Island. We offer inshore and offshore fishing trips. As well as outside cooking specializing on seafood dishes. This adorable 10 acre water front property features a spacious 1100 sq/ft great room/ king size bed / 2 double beds , 1 sleeping couch,a dinnig table for 8 1 bathroom, kitchen/washer & dryer. And beds for additional guests. A perfect place just off the grid to enjoy sunrises and sunsets. We have a wedding party area available to rent from small gazebo to large tents for wedding in the field over looking the Marsh.
Nestled in a tranquil setting, nature lovers let this be your peaceful escape from the hustle and bustle of everyday life. Pets allowed 2 pet only. Enjoy our cottage and the sights of northeast Florida - just south of the Georgia state line. We have a list of outdoor activities for the entire family ranging from fishing trip options to kayaking, pickle-ball, tennis, bike trials by the ocean, over 10 miles long, history tours with a private Island, We can arrange boat trips to Cumberland Island with their rich American history and wild horses on the beach, and a English fort on the inlet. We are on the incoastal / inlet to the Atlantic ocean so this area has all the boating options as well. Our marsh is 4 miles by 12 miles and has all the wildlife that goes with marsh life. The Sunrises and Sunsets are beautiful. Enjoy our Fire pit and private park atmosphere full of wildlife

One to stay if you're looking for peaceful and cozy. The bed was comfortable it was very well kept and clean there were snacks and drink options by the coffee bar as well as other extra things provided that were thoughtful. The scenery was beautiful the owners were so nice and helpful we couldn't have asked for a better weekend, a quiet cozy getaway, we look forward to staying again in the future.

Beautiful property

It’s a beautiful property. It’s on the backside of the garage. They were wonderful host and even left us wine that we would’ve taken if we weren’t going on our honeymoon after! My only suggestion would be to get curtains on the door!

Lovely location

We really enjoyed the peace and quiet here. The unit was exactly as described and pictured. The host was on site and helpful with any questions and was very accommodating, but completely unobtrusive. I believe they are adding a gazebo or something similar near the marsh, which would make it even better. My only issue was they had cute Adirondack chairs at the fire pit and I’m too old and inflexible to be able to sit in those!
