The property was great and accurately reflected in the listing. We also really enjoyed staying in Ocean Lakes. There is so much to do in the community, which made it a great location for our stay. Check-in and check-out were relatively painless as well.The only area for improvement would be communication from the rental management company. At times, the communication was a little unclear or repetitive. We received some information multiple times, while other information we were told had been sent did not seem to come through. Nothing major, but the process felt a little more difficult than what we’ve experienced with other rentals.One other suggestion would be to make the Ocean Lakes parking/pass fees clearer in the listing. The listing does indicate that a pass is required, so I would not consider this a hidden fee, but it would be helpful to provide the actual daily rates, since they can vary depending on when the pass is purchased.Overall, we really enjoyed the property and the Ocean Lakes community and had a great stay.

Loved the big living room with two full size couches. We were able to have family dinners around the big table with 12 chairs. House is in a great location. Easy walk to the beach or the pools. Covered deck perfect for evening chats. Kitchen well stocked and room for cooking and serving.
