Professionally Decorated, Private Pool,120 Yards to the Beach

This lovely beach cottage with private pool is located 120 yards from the beach! The second level porch offers an enchanting view of the ocean and its surroundings. The back porch offers a relaxing view of the sparkling blue water of the private pool. The first level covered wrap around porch provides plenty of room for those late afternoon family get togethers. This 2,600 square foot clean home provides plenty of room with five bedrooms and four bathrooms. Four cable tvs, internet access, and a BBQ grill complete the package.

This vacation home is located 15 minutes from Market Commons which is a wonderful place to spend any late afternoon shopping, dining, or catching a movie. Coastal Grand Mall is also located 20 minutes from the home with a multitude of shops and restaurants. If it is local seafood you crave then 20 minutes south is Murrells Inlet's famous "Restaurant Row" which can satisfy even the pickiest eater! Plenty of locally owned family restaurants are located within 5 to 10 minutes of the home for those nights when you want something really close. Nybills at Surfside Pier is one of the best. Nybills offers breakfast, lunch, and dinner.

If it is action you seek then Wild Water and Wheels Water Park is only ten minutes away on Hwy 17. Golf and putt-putt courses provide any golfer with more choices to play than could be imagined. Sport fishing can be found nearby at Murrels Inlet or Gulf Stream Marina where a host of boats await the eager fisherman trying to catch the "big one".

Surfside Beach is known as the "Family Beach". Surfside Beach is less crowded than Myrtle Beach and provides families with a relaxed calmer atmosphere. The beach has Life Guards during the summer and the wide flat open sand makes it hard to resist on those beautiful warm summer days! We really enjoyed the entire house. It was great to have the pool as well with a smaller child that is not as found of the ocean. The house had ample room for our large family and everyone was able to comfortably relax during our labor day trip!

Great place to stay. Close to the beach and close to other attractions on rainy days. Owner was great, she answered all questions we had in a timely fashion. She gave great suggestions about linens and golf cart rentals. We would definitely stay again.

The house was fine. The pool was ok, it had a problem with the filter, and it was putting sand into the pool gradually, but it was getting repaired. We could swim and enjoy the pool regardless of the issue and the owner was aware of the problem and notified me about it right away.The house was very close to the beach which was a huge plus and my kids and grandkids went to the beach daily.We really enjoyed our stay. Lisa was great at responding to any questions I might have had.

SurfSide Rental

Rental was good for our family size and right up the road from the beach which is awesome. Pier is right down the road and can rent fishing rods to fish. Ice cream and restaurants available as well!

Why they chose this property

Surfside Beach is known as the "Family Beach". It is less crowded than Myrtle Beach. The people are wonderful and the beach is wide and beautiful. Surfside Beach provides a relaxing vacation!

What makes this property unique

One of my favorite things to do besides the beach, of course, is going to the Surfside Pier for breakfast. This restaurant is family owned, the view is fabulous, and the food is the best! My children love to visit the many fabulous putt putt courses. Be prepared for an all day adventure because once they arrive they will never want to leave!
