Home Away from Home -Beach Cottages II 405 is a Silver rated one-bedroom, one-bath Gulf front vacation rental located in Indian Shores. This spacious 4th-floor vacation rental includes a private Gulf Front balcony with access from the living room and bedroom with a direct view of our beautiful sugar sand beach, pool & hot tub with lots of deck.

Vacation rental 405 offers a beautiful full size, a fully-equipped kitchen complete with stainless steel appliances and everything you need to enjoy dining at home. Flat Panel Cable TVs in the living room and bedroom, telephone with free local US and North America calls and Free Wi-Fi are also provided.

Sleeping accommodations include a king in the bedroom and a full size pull out in the living room. The bathroom has a double sink vanity and walk-in shower. Flat panel, color, cable televisions in the living room and bedroom. Free wireless internet access, Telephone with free local calls. Washer and dryer in the condo. Central heat, air conditioning and ceiling fans. Bed linens and bath towels provided as well as 4 beach towels.

One assigned/covered parking space. Saturday only arrivals in peak seasons. No smoking, No pets and Maximum occupancy 4.

AMAZING GEM

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The cottage was beautiful and spacious. Bed was comfortable but couch was very uncomfortable as it sunk in the middle. The bed in the couch uncomfortable as well. Condo was not well stocked so bring paper towel, dish soap, laundry soap, foil, saran wrap, baggies etc. We bought all this stuff and left most of it there. Pool was lovely and warm. Very quiet area.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The unit was in a great location. Space was great. The mattress/boxspring is very creaky and noisy, and could use replacing. Sofa is extremely difficult to get out of. Recliners were awesome! Kitchen was well stocked. We bought a small frying pan since the ones available had been scraped badly. Beach was beautiful, just wish the unit came with some beach chairs. Overall, a great place. Management should provide a map on how to get to pool and beach.

Long overdue vacation

No complaints about the stay. The only thing missing was a cooler, so we bought one and left it for the next guests. Very relaxing and necessary vacation time.

Nice Place

Nice place -- very clean and comfortable. Location is also great. We have stayed in Beach Cottages about 4 times and this was the nicest unit of them. Would recommend
