First, pull your vehicle in and park under the brand new carport, where you can gain access to the house via a unique personalized code just for your entry via the keypad entry system, or if you’re more of a front door person, we have keypad entry on that door as well.


The kitchen includes beautiful custom cabinetry and Onyx solid surface countertops with hot plates and all the cookware and dish-ware needed to make you feel right at home. Enjoy all new appliances including a gas stove, fridge with ice maker and water dispenser, microwave,
toaster, dishwasher and garage disposal. Make yourself a cup of coffee the old fashioned way or with K-cup pods as our Keurig coffee maker does both and we’ve provided both coffee grounds and a variety of K-cups for your stay.

The living/dining room includes a dinner table for four, a sofa, loveseat and Roku Tv so you can sign into your own streaming apps. We also provide a few board games and a deck of cards as well.

The Master bedroom features a Queen size bed, 1 dresser, 2 nightstands, 1 alarm
clock with wireless phone charging, 1 Roku tv, 2 closets each with a hanger and shelving system, and a sliding door which exits to the backyard onto a (soon to be built deck).

The Master bathroom includes an elongated toilet, Onyx vanity and sink with a hair dryer and backup bathroom supplies below, all new Onyx walk in shower system guaranteed to impress, soaps, shampoos and brand new lufa(s). This bathroom has a vent fan above the toilet that doubles as a heater and an extra overhead light.

The guest bedroom also features a queen size bed, 2 nightstands, 1 alarm clock with wireless phone charging,a cubicle storage system, a closet with a hanger and shelf system.

The guest bathroom includes a toilet, vanity with hair dryer and backup bathroom supplies, walk in shower, and exhaust fan that doubles as another overhead light and a heater.

The laundry closet is tucked away behind the smoked glass black doors in the kitchen, and includes a washer, dryer and all the soaps and other laundry items needed.

The house has unlimited high speed internet and wifi for your stay as well as a tankless water heater for unlimited hot water. Finally, make yourself comfortable with our brand new central heat and air system along with Nest thermostat.
