We loved the room and beach access. Things that bothered us during our stay was the construction being done outside that was extremely loud daily and the fact that the exterminator showed up to spray our unit for bugs while we were there. We did not have bugs and none of this would stop us from staying here again.

The location and views were amazing. The beds were extremely comfortable! The bathrooms need updating and some furniture needs replacing. The couches have an odor probably from wet swimsuits over the years. The balcony furniture is cheap and disappointing. Will definitely look for a different condo in this building! Great location!

Needs some basic repairs but not much. Beds well worn. Couches not cozy and needs cleaning. The condo itself was very clean.

Been staying at Seagrove one condominium for years. Always great time and great property. Left cosmetic bag in the bathroom and cannot get anyone from the management company to reply back to me. I have left voicemail. Sent a text as well as emails.

It was a nice stay

The place was nice and we enjoyed the seventh floor! It was sandy upon arrival and needed a deeper clean. We weren’t concerned as we were excited for our trip. Both mattresses were incredibly comfortable, and the host had plenty of soap and extra trash bags, which were nice touches. On our last day, we noticed black mold throughout the bathroom ceiling. Concerned, we messaged the host, but unfortunately never heard any communication back. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and the location, but would hope the cleanliness is addressed for future rentals.
