Ciao klaus rispondo in merito allo stato del condominio! Lo stesso non è vecchio ma trascurato in alcuni dettagli perché molti appartamenti sono finiti in asta X morosità. In merito al rumore si è vero ma è specificato che è in zona centrale. Comunque spero ti sia trovato bene per tutto il resto. A presto
