Great time and beautiful home!

My boyfriend and I stayed here while our weekend trip to Orlando and we loved it. It was very spacious and clean. The decor is adorable and very welcoming. I would definitely stay there again.

Clean, quiet neighborhood, nice home!

This home is wonderful! The owners were very helpful and got back to us right away, when I asked any questions. Great location from Disney and very quiet neighborhood! Would recommend it to everyone! Looking forward to a return visit!!

Trip with adult children and their +1s

The owners are super responsive and a pleasure to work with. The house is in a small, friendly, ungated. (preferred by us) neighborhood with easy access to stores, parks and highways. The kitchen is FULLY stocked, you have the tools and pans to make anything you wanted. Beds are comfortable and the house is nicely decorated, it feels more homey than most rentals. The pool was heated nice and warm and the outside patio area was comfortable. The only issue we had was that the management company did not have the beds listed accurately at the time that we booked. ( no full bed as listed only bunks) The photos and description is accurate now. We had a lovely stay and I would highly recommend this property. Thank you Wilma and Stephen for providing us with a nice vacation home for the week.

Not quite as advertised

Overall, the house is in a nice neighborhood and is a nice distance from all the Orlando attractions. There were a number of things that were not as advertised. 2 of the 3 TVs were not working. The pool lost half it's water overnight the first night and was un-usable for the rest of the stay. There was no playstation, wii, xbox, or hairdryers available. Half the spices were empty containers. The owner has a temp requirement that the a/c be kept at 72 or higher. However, it was remotely controlled because whenever we put it at 72 it was raised a few hours later up to 75/76 and since we were only there in the evenings-- they were some very hot nights. Also the requirement for guests to wash and dry all the linens they used before leaving is logistically impossible if you are leaving in the early morning... you need 3-4 hours lead time for that. Also no laundry soap was provided.. which makes you wonder if the prior guest actually cleaned the linens you are using when you arrive.

Clean and nicely kept up

Over all a nice home. With comfy beds and nice kitchen. Pool and deck area is on the small side but still meets its purpose. Neighbourhood was a little sketchy and cars always seemed to be parked in front of the home on roads making it difficult to park in lane way. House air was kept on warmer side but owner did turn down to 74 when asked. Over all we enjoyed our stay. Not far from championsgate and Disney area.

Wonderful home!

We had such an amazing week in this home. The owners did not skip a beat on the details on the home which made the stay more magical. The home is plenty big for our family of 5 and had any amenity you could ask for. The kids loves the pool and all the decor in the bedrooms. The kids loved playing the Wii (they have a few games here, bring your own if you want anything specific). The only changes I would love to see would be a real bed in the fourth room, right now it's a toddler bed. Maybe have a twin with a railing? Or a twin with the toddler bed in the closet for easy access. Also, tvs in the bedrooms. Right now there's only a tv in the master, it would be nice to have tvs in the other rooms to relax before bed. Overall we loved our stay and have already discussed staying here again!! Thank you Steve and Wilma!

The house was immaculate and well stocked!!

The house was absolutely amazing, beautifully decorated, and well stocked. It was also perfectly located outside of Disney World, which we traveled to and from most of the week. The kids overly enjoyed the pool. It was great to spread out after a long day at the park. The house had wonderful amenities with a fully stocked kitchen filled with every gadget imaginable. I mostly appreciated the baby amenities. There were a lot of toys, a baby gate, and they even had baby monitors. My 3 year old was thrilled!! He loved his Mickey room. The only downfall were no televisions in the bedrooms with the exception of the master. It would have been nice to watch tv in bed after a long day, but it didn't make or break the trip. We loved the house. Thank you, Steve and Wilma!!

The house was absolutely beautiful!!

The house was exactly as described. My family and I overly enjoyed all of the amenities the house had to offer. I especially appreciated the baby items found in the toddler bedroom. The baby monitor and gate were completely unexpected, but came in handy. My three year old was delighted with all of the toys he had to play with. The kitchen was stocked with every gadget imaginable. Steve and Wilma did not miss a beat. The house location was perfectly centered in a quiet neighborhood amongst many restaurants, shopping, and Disney! We made our way back and forth all week with no issues. The pool was great to use after a long day in the park. The kids also enjoyed watching movies nightly on Netflix. Steve was quick to reach out when he received notification that the air conditioner had shut off. Prior to our trip, he offered tips and suggestions, which was grearly appreciated. He also commended us on cleaning the house so well prior to check-out. He was very personable, which made me feel more secure as a first time renter. I cannot wait to come back to this amazingly decorated, beautiful home. We didn't miss staying at a Disney resort because Steve and Wilma including so many touches of Disney throughout the entire home. Thank you again!!

Lovely home from home

As a family of four with two boys aged 13 and 10 we were looking for a spacious, well furnished home from home; with a pool table; a clean and well situated swimming pool and Netflix (the boys request!). We were also looking for owners who care about their guests if they need assistance during their stay. Cantwell's Paradise certainly delivered on all this. (Thank you to the owners for sorting out a kettle at short notice so we could have our constant supply of British tea!). Located in a residential community the neighbours also made us feel most welcome. The house is in easy reach of all the main parks and a short drive to well stocked supermarkets and great takeaway restaurants if you fancy a break from cooking. Overall we've given the the stay a 5* as we couldn't fault it and would happily stay there again.

Really enjoyed our stay at Cantwell's Paradise. The property lived up to the description and photos

The house was very nice. We all enjoyed the pool table. Didn't get to use the outdoor pool as much as we'd hoped, but it was very nice as well. Great spot for a family that is visiting the Disney parks, Sea World/Discover Cove, Universal or other local attractions. The owners were very responsive and answered all of our questions very quickly, which we appreciate!

Family Fun House

This is our second time staying in this home. Their were some changes that my family really loved!! An added pool table. This home as everything you need to cook your family a good meal and don't forget to make Mickey Pancakes in the morning. We love that we are sooo closed to all the parks. We also love the neighborhood. The people are really friendly and my kids love coming back from the parks and getting in the pool. My dog was allowed to come back also. The house has plenty of space for a family. The games provided are family friendly and we are now addicted to Netflix :) Can't wait to go back next spring. Thanks, The Popes (Chester, Va)

Thoughtfully appointed with excellent location to Orlando attractions

What a delight! Attention has been paid to every detail in this wonderful home. Steve and Wilma were exceptional to work with and answered all questions within minutes. The home is located about 25 minutes from Universal and 15 minutes from Disney parks (we stayed during spring break- traffic was heavy) so an easy drive to attractions but far enough away from the din of Orlando proper. Great location for a getaway as the home is located in a quite residential area. Neighbors were friendly and we always felt safe when walking our yorkie. Teenagers enjoyed the pool and we appreciated the well appointed kitchen which made dining in a pleasure. The bedrooms were quite comfortable as was the living area. We have stayed in several VRBO vacation properties over the last few years and this property ranks near the top of our list.

Spectacular Home for your Disney Stay!!!

We loved this home!!! It's very spacous and very clean! My kids loved having the pool in the evening when we came from the parks. We also ate dinner out by the pool. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything you need to feel like you were at home. The neighbors were very polite as myself and Husband walked our puppy. I loved the security provided by the owners. They always anwered any questions before arrival and while we were there very quickly. I would stay again the next time we come down without any question.

We enjoyed an extended stay at this recently updated, self managed pool home. Owners were very friendly, attentive and easy to work with. It is very conveniently located close to parks, shopping, food and golf. Our family enjoyed the abundance of space, kitchen and amenities (Netflix, Plex and Wii on large flat screens). If you are traveling from out of country, I do recommend bringing a VOIP phone or cellular plan.

Immaculate home near all the parks!

We really enjoyed our stay in this immaculate home. Very clean, updated decor, pool was great and it was within 15 minutes to all the Orlando attractions! My entire family was so happy about having our own pool and a place to call home for the week! Highly recommended to stay in this property.
