Load and start the dishwasher
Gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Don’t strip the beds. Turn the thermostats (both) to 78 degrees.
Do not lock the downstairs deadbolts. Lock upstairs balcony doors and deadbolts
Clean any excess mess inside and straighten up downstairs. If you used the bbq pit please scrub the grates and empty the ashes. Any extra cleaning by housekeepers will result in extra fees (min $50).
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
