“Beauty & the Beach” is a 6 bedroom beach front home with beautiful panoramic views of the ocean and beach. This home has two large balconies facing the beach and many large picture windows that make it easy to sit back, relax, and enjoy the ocean views. The home is located in the charming Banyan Beach neighborhood and comfortably sleeps 16 people. It is uniquely situated next to one of the shortest boardwalks to the beach, making beach access incredibly quick and convenient. With a large living area, separate game room, 6 bedrooms, 5 full baths and 2 half baths, a large beautifully appointed kitchen, a second kitchenette, vaulted ceilings, large decks and windows with gorgeous ocean views, and an elevator, you will enjoy beach front living that is second to none.

This elegant beach home is located in town where the beach area is protected with wooden posts called bollards that keep motor vehicles far from the shore. This provides large protected beach areas where beach goers can relax and play on the beach. Unlike other accommodations that have to deal with the traffic in and out of town, this house is nestled in the heart of Port Aransas making the local restaurants and shops accessible by golf cart, bicycle or walking. Located adjacent to the private Banyan Beach neighborhood boardwalk, this house boasts the shortest walk to the beach of any comparable home in Port Aransas. The lovely Banyan Beach neighborhood also has a private swimming pool for your enjoyment as well.

The gorgeous third floor living area has vaulted natural pine ceilings, beautiful picture windows and is decorated in an elegant coastal style. You can enjoy dining or just relaxing on the large third floor balcony which has some of the best views in Port Aransas. The kitchen is well equipped with a commercial grade 6 burner range top with stainless steel vent hood, double ovens, high-end dishwasher, microwave and large stainless steel refrigerator. The dining table and island seat 16 with additional seating on the balcony for outdoor dining.

The second floor has 4 bedrooms each with private bathrooms. All are decorated with rest and relaxation in mind. Three of the second floor bedrooms have king size beds, with flat screen TVs, and wireless internet, and two of those king bedrooms have large decks with comfortable deck furniture designed for relaxing and enjoying the beautiful ocean and beach views. Each of these three bedrooms has its own private bathroom (2 with private commodes), granite countertops and frameless glass showers. One of the bathrooms is also equipped with a master bathtub. The fourth bedroom on the second floor is a nautical themed bunk room with two sets of built-in bunk-beds, flat screen TV, and wireless internet. The bunks are extra-long twins perfect for children, teens or adults. This bedroom also has a private bath with double sinks, private commode, granite countertops and shower/tub combo.

The first floor holds the second living area as well as two additional bedrooms. The living area is ready for fun with a foosball table, shuffleboard table, large sectional sofa and flat screen TV. This area also has a kitchenette with a stainless steel refrigerator, bar sink, cabinets, and microwave, so drinks and popcorn are always on hand for movies and game-time. The first bedroom consists of a king bed with flat screen TV, and wireless internet. The second is a bright beach themed bunk room with built-in extra-long twin bunk beds, offering a flat screen TV, and wireless internet as well. These two bedrooms share a unique bathroom that has a private changing and shower area. This bathroom also has a private commode, double sink and granite countertop. There is a laundry room on the first floor as well.
