Property was great. Outdoor area very nice. Location in Baldwin Park is perfect for us.Close to restaurants and Publix.All kitchen utensils available, washer/dryer.About half hour to SeaWorld, going south toward airport and then west to the park. Easy traffic.

About 25 minute walk from the center of Baldwin Park where dining, grocery shopping is located. Much preferable to have a car. Not far away though from the walking path around the lake. Nice location and quiet street.

Our host checked in with us frequently to see if we needed anything, which was a nice touch. The kitchen of this cozy townhome was very well stocked with canned goods and refrigerated items. The beds were so comfortable that we found ourselves laying on the bed to watch TV. If we get back to the Orlando area, we'll be checking for availability!

Visit for graduating

We were in town visiting family who live in Balding Park for a graduation. We were very convenient to everyone as well as to food and walking trails. The house was well furnished. Thanks for hosting us.
