Outstanding apartment with outstanding manager

This apartment was amazing for our 9 days in Saint Martin - clean, spacious, awesome bathroom and a nice balcony to chill/eat and relax. Cleveland was very responsive (literally within minutes), and was available for advice and anything extra we needed during our stay. The location is great and very close to Simpson bay with restaurants and nightlife. Would definitely stay there again in a heartbeat!

This place is perfect for 2, nice studio, clean , great balcony to sit . Cleveland supplied us with all we needed . I highly recommend , will be re booking next year !!!!

Cleveland thanks for all your help.... your the best Loved staying in the studio apt.. very roomy and comfortable, the kitchen area had everything one would need ... loved the big shower in the bathroom..... the studio.. well it was just perfect for my husband and I. :) The bed was wonderful, the linens and towels top notch, ..Coffee pot & coffee in the morning sitting on the patio surrounded by the beautiful topical plants, listening to the birds and ocean... wonderful! The location is great, it is a easy walk into town, views of beautiful Simpson Bay Good Eats close by : Johnny B under the treea, The Palms, Isola Fun bar with live music : The Buccaneer Looking forward to our return visit Michael & Kathryn

Just about perfect

Modern, comfortable and very Clean. Nice spacious room and bathroom. Not a single thing missing. Very comfortable bed. Nice neighborhood, walking distance of beaches, Hotels/ casino's, Restaurants, bars, grocery stores. Definitely would stay here again...

Wonderful stay in Simpson Bay!

We had a wonderful one-week stay in this clean and cozy studio apartment in Simpson Bay. We had initially planned to rent a car but then decided not to as everything was very close by, shopping, movie theatre, restaurants etc. Cleveland was a great host, responded to our emails promptly, and met us on arrival to hand over the keys and give us an overview of the place. Everything was there upon arrival to make our stay comfortable. Snacks, paper towels, toilet paper garbage bags etc. The beach and bath towels were clean and of excellent quality. Cleveland had instructed us to leave them in the hamper outside the door if we wanted them to be laundered and they were done the same day. The apartment and surrounding area was very quiet at night, making for a great sleep. The area felt very safe even when walking around late at night. We highly recommend this place! Thank you Cleveland!

Great modern apartment in a nice neighborhood in St. Maarten

We just returned from a wonderful stay in Cleveland's newly renovated modern apartment in Pelican Key, St. Maarten. Located on the Dutch side of the island the apartment is a short drive from the airport. Throughout the booking process, Cleveland was very responsive and accommodating and answered all of our questions. He met us at the car rental office at the airport and guided us back to the apartment. The apartment is very nice and looks even better than it appears in the photos. Everything is brand new (furniture, bedding, linens, dishes cutlery, toaster, kettle, hairdryer, coffee maker, safe, beach towels, bed, appliances, light fixtures etc.) There is a beautiful new bathroom with modern glass shower and European fixtures. When we arrived, Cleveland showed us how everything worked (flat screen TV, the air conditioning remote, how to program the safe, the internet password etc.) He also provided some initial provisions to get us started like coffee sugar, creamer, bottled water, snacks, paper towel, toilet paper and a bottle of wine. A nice touch and very much appreciated after travelling all day. Cleveland also gave us the lay of the land and provided recommendations for beaches, day trips, shopping, restaurants. He lives in the same building so he was always available if we needed help with something but respected our privacy as well. There is a nice terrace at the back of the apartment with new patio furniture and a partial view of the ocean. The terrace is surrounded by tropical plants and flowers and was a nice place to start the day with breakfast outside and to come home to at the end of the day for a glass of wine (with cheeses and baguette of course). Pelican key is a beautiful upper middle class neighborhood. It is safe and we really enjoyed walking through the streets in the morning and looking at the various villas and the amazing views. The apartment is a short walk to the water/beach (about 100 metres) and there are a few restaurants and a small grocery store very close by. Cleveland's apartment was in a great location and by rental car, we were able to explore the entire island and then come home to this beautiful quiet apartment and unwind in the evening. There was a larger number of restaurants, stores and bars close by (about a 10 minute walk or a short drive) to go out for dinner in the evening. This apartment was a great home base and we would highly recommend staying here. Thank you Cleveland. You are a great host!
