This home has an amazing back porch and it was great for entertaining which we did a few times on our visit - hot tub, pool, lots of outdoor seating, fire pit. Large screen TVs in every room (including kitchen and back porch). Everything else is ok. Walking distance (1.5 mi) to Scottsdale, breweries, and more.

Communication was fine. There was no problem with that but the house was very well used the the carpets were very dirty and stained. There was broken, cupboard doors, lack of kitchenCooking utensils, mixing bowls, pots and pans, etc in general you could just tell that the home had been used in abused. great size bedrooms beds were comfortable.

Spacious and beautiful home for our family getaway. We loved having multiple TV’s in the rooms, living room and outside. The only thing that we wish would have been better, is the pool. The water was warm all the time, even at night time but other than that we will definitely rent this home again!

Great house with a lot of space

The owner Bart was great and very responsive. The home is large with modern amenities, great outdoor space and the location was perfect for our family, close to ASU, airport, shopping, etc. Rafts, sunscreen, balloons, misc items are at the house which was a pleasant surprise. I would stay again!

Needs some TLC

Brought my wife here to celebrate our anniversary while I was in town for work. This was my 6th week in a row staying in a different VRBO in Old Town.Check in process was kind of a pain. Page after page of waivers you have to sign releasing them if you get hurt, even if it’s their fault.The house was fine, but the way it’s taken care of was very below average. Carpet stains, pool was dirty, used towels from last guests laying around outside. There was also 13 bags of trash laying beside the trash cans, in addition to them being full. When I messaged them that it was smelling, they asked me if I would carry it all to the road. After I told them I wouldn’t, they sent someone out to get it 2 days later.The outside tv also didn’t work but they sent someone out the next afternoon.The master bath door was locked. We messaged them that there was only one bathroom in the whole house that was usable because of this and they didn’t send someone out for 2 days to unlock it.A bunch of outlets didn’t work, and they had to flip some breakers when they came also. All around, a pretty rough trip.I will say that the house could be very nice. The location is also great!
