The house looked exactly as it was shown on VRBO very clean and nice I would make suggestion that you get better pillows but other than that awesome

Comfortable Clean & Cozy

This property was very clean. Lots of towels and the best appointed kitchen we have rented. Only suggestions would be seating on the front porch (maybe a few rockers) to enjoy the lake view and more seating on the screened in porch given the number of guests the home accommodates. We had a wonderful stay and would stay there again for sure!

Would have paid more

Since nothing was open due to quarantine, a few premium channels on the TV would’ve been nice. Also since it was quite some distance from the lake, a golf cart would’ve been nice. Also the property only has queen beds.

The outside porches were kind of dirty, think coated pollen etc.. ( this was more than just a bad April) place needed a good pressure washing asap. The reservations people were very good and efficient. I would come back.

Linger Longer Collegiate

The Park Place Cottage at Great Waters was fantastic for our trip to watch our son compete in the Linger Longer Collegiate Invitational…however, communication (or lack there of) with the property manager over a faulty AC unit upon arrival was completely unacceptable. Upon arrival, the upstairs AC was not functioning. It was 80+ degrees in the three upstairs bedrooms. We made multiple phone calls, left multiple phone messages as instructed, sent emails and texts with ZERO response. Ended up sleeping with no covers and ceiling fans on high. It took over 24 hours before we got a response. Good thing we didn’t have any issues with the electronic locks when we arrived!!! Other than that, the cottage was spectacular. This was actually our second visit to the cottage. Beds had been upgraded which was nice. Cottage was clean and very well appointed. Would highly recommend…except for the property management company!!

We agree that Park Place is a lovely home with great accommodations! Like many other companies, we sometimes experience technical difficulties and are unable to respond as quickly as we normally do. Thankfully, the issue that we faced has been resolved and new protocols have been put in place to prevent any similar types of miscommunication from occurring. We always make our guests needs our priority during their stay with us.
