The day begins quietly here. Morning light filters across the screened porch where coffee settles into an easy rhythm, the surrounding trees and fairways creating a calm backdrop before the lake calls for the day ahead.
Lake time is always close. Spend mornings exploring nearby water access, afternoons by the community pool, or simply return to the porch where lounge seating invites long conversations carried by the breeze. The setting inside the Great Waters community keeps the pace relaxed, offering the feeling of stepping into a slower, more intentional version of the day.
Inside, the home blends classic Southern character with comfortable gathering spaces arranged for time together without feeling crowded. Natural light moves through the living areas, connecting indoors and outdoors and making the porch and main living spaces feel like one continuous environment throughout the day.

Located within the Great Waters area of Reynolds Lake Oconee, the home provides convenient access to lake recreation, nearby marinas, golf, and local dining while maintaining the peaceful setting that defines this part of Lake Country.
Reynolds golf is members-only, but Harbor Club’s public course is just minutes away.

NO CONFETTI at all - an additional cleaning fee of $200 will be charged if found

Please do not trespass onto our neighbors properties.
Park only in the parking spaces in front of cottage
No more than 2 cars allowed at ANYTIME.
NO parking off the street or in the grass/pinestraw
No fireworks on the property
No events, parties, gatherings of more than 8 guests total at ANYTIME on property.
NO smoking anything in the house or on the property.

We do monitor our house with our outside cameras.

You will be asked to leave with no refund if our house rules are not kept.

Guests are required to sign an off-platform rental agreement, which includes a copy of the county ordinance. You must be able to present the signed agreement and ordinance to any county officer upon request.

Occupant is obligated to abide by all of the requirements of the Putnam County ordinances, state and federal and such a violation of any of these rules in the immediate termination of the agreement and eviction from the premises, as well as potential liability for the payment of fines levied.
