We enjoy living in the canyon! We love hopping on the motorcycle and taking a drive on the amazing canyon that leads to other beautiful fun roads to ride. We are only 3 miles to Divide Road that leads to the Uncompahgre National Forest. We can walk to hiking trails from our property or dive 1 - 4 miles for more hiking trails. Mountain biking is another favorite. Gateway is 26 miles south on 141 - amazing trails for mountain biking, hiking, horseback riding and UTV's.

Why they chose this property

We exchanged the hustle and bustle of the city for quite mountain living and nearly 9 years later we do not regret it.
We have amazing sunrises, sunsets, amazing bright stary nights and the milky way on warm summer nights never disappoints.

What makes this property unique

We've lived in Unaweep Canyon since 2017 and have loved every minute of it. We enjoy being able to hike from our back door. We enjoy watching the climbers on the wall. Hwy 141 is the most beautiful drive especially in the fall. Every corner you turn is a different scene than the previous. Mother's Buttress Climbing wall is our back yard.
