Very nice area, simple location, very cute house. Aesthetically pleasing and fun to be in. The host was very friendly and communicative which helped with the overall check in and check out process. I highly recommend staying here.

This home looks just like the pictures. We enjoyed the bright decor, that was pink and fun but not over-the-top. The beds were very comfortable, and it was clean. It was very quiet there overnight, despite being not far from the highway.

I had an amazing stay at this beautiful pink-themed Vrbo for my birthday weekend! The aesthetic was absolutely everything—every room was so cute, stylish, and perfect for photos. The home was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a great weekend.My guests and I really enjoyed our stay, and everyone kept talking about how much they loved the house. It was the perfect place to celebrate my birthday and made the entire weekend feel even more special.I would definitely recommend this property to anyone looking for a fun, unique, and beautiful place to stay. Thirteen days after our stay, the host sent us a message claiming we owed 749.67 to replace the king bedroom carpet for alleged shoe and mud stains and an additional 268.12 for cleaning the living room carpet. We were not provided with any before-and-after photos or other evidence showing that the damage occurred during our stay.When we arrived, we were unable to check in on time because the host was still cleaning the property. The carpets were still wet when we entered, so we had to walk around in wet socks for much of our stay. Despite this, we were later accused of causing shoe and mud stains, even though we did not wear shoes inside the house.Our experience with the damage claim was disappointing because it was made nearly two weeks after our stay without supporting documentation.

Appears very nice online and when you arrive has a foul animal/urine odor. Walls are dirty, one trash can for entire house, 1 smaller TV in the living room ,non functioning outlets, broken ceiling lights and lamps with nowhere to plug them in. Rugs were wet when we arrived, from steam cleaning before arrival and when we returned from our concert the AC wasn’t working, due to virtual hold, 80 degrees when we got back. After messaging the host-starting working again with no response. Deadlock didn’t work- big safety issue. Oh and one of the rooms had a dead bug and black hair on it. So one guest had to sleep on the couch. Great concept just needs sprucing and deep clean. Investigate the smell. Reported to Vrbo with no action. Hmmm

We were comfortable in this house for the most part. My husband mentioned some shady activity in the neighborhood. I never pay attention but I thought I'd mention it. Nothing happened in our immediate vicinity and it was very quiet. I feel like it would have been helpful to have maybe a frying pan and a salt and pepper but the listing didn't say it was going to do this. We're not coffee drinkers enough to make some when we aren't home but I think there may have been coffee? At least some sweet n low. Everything was clean. The rugs had been cleaned recently, I think/hope. But it was just for wet socks with no shoes rule that made "that" less than ideal. I like no shoes but just not wet socks. I did like the sponge tool in the kitchen to wash the dishes. You don't have to mess with a dishwasher because there isn't one. It IS on the check out instructions. I don't think that is mentioned in the listing so it is still 100% accurate on that side. Overall, I feel like this place was worth what we paid and we would probably stay here again. At least, after checking the neighborhood crime stats. The pink theme was fun with my husband and sons. I got plenty of laughs on that account. Memories were made!

The layout and overall appearance of our stay was absolutely gorgeous. The host was friendly and easy to communicate with. He stayed on top of everything we needed. We throughly enjoyed ourselves and will definitely be back for a longer stay next time.

Extremely Disappointing and Not as DescribedWhen I arrived at this property, I was extremely disappointed by the condition of the home. The house was absolutely disgusting and was not at all as it was described or presented in the app.There was a dead bug splattered on the wall, the bathroom was not clean, and the kitchen had foil covering the stove. The entire place reeked of mildew. The furniture was also rundown, dirty, and appeared poorly maintained.This was supposed to be my birthday weekend, but instead of being able to enjoy my trip, I had to find and pay for another place to stay because I could not stay in these conditions. To make matters worse, I was given a difficult time when trying to get my money back, despite the fact that I never even stayed in the home.This experience was extremely disappointing and unacceptable. The property needs a thorough cleaning and significant maintenance before guests should be staying there.Please do yourself a favor and do not book this property. The condition of the home upon arrival was completely different from what was advertised.
