Welcome to Rocky Point Condo at Northstar!

This 3 bedroom, 2 bath condo is located in Indian Hills at Northstar, on the shuttle route. Enjoy easy access to year round fun at Northstar at Tahoe Resort, and being equal distance to downtown Truckee and Kings Beach. You'll be perfectly situated for summer and winter fun!

Enter the condo via a short pathway and a few stairs from the parking area. From the foyer, the primary king bedroom is directly to the right. Walk up the stairs of this bi-level unit to the main living space. The great room offers comfy furniture, a flatscreen TV with streaming options, a wood fireplace with gas starter, dining area for six, and a covered balcony with seating for four. The kitchen opens to the great room with beautiful granite counter tops and a breakfast bar that seats four. Extra amenities include a kuerig and drip coffee machines and a crock pot. Rounding out the main floor is a full bathroom with a stand up shower, which also has a private entrance from the primary king bedroom.

Journey down the stairs to the bottom floor. The second bedroom is furnished with queen size comforts, the third offers a space for the kids to spread out with a queen/twin bunk (sleeps 4 max), workspace, and recliner. The two bedrooms share a bathroom that has a bathtub/shower combo. Across from the bathroom a full size washer dryer is available.

Two parking passes are available for your use in the communal lot and recreation center access is available.

Rocky Point Condo is located on the shuttle route at Northstar directly adjacent to a shuttle stop. It is 5 minutes to the village and 15 minutes to downtown Truckee and Kings Beach. Northstar is a great year round location for the whole family! The village offers a variety of shops and restaurants, a skating rink, kid's activities, holiday celebrations and world class skiing. In the summer enjoy scenic gondola rides, hiking, golf, and downhill mountain biking.

The Northstar Recreation Center is on the shuttle route, and is available for your use for $10 per person, per day. The amenities include tennis, pools, hot tubs, a game room, and a fitness center.
