Welcome to The Marina House, a waterfront retreat where relaxation and adventure come together for the ultimate coastal getaway. Nestled along the canal with direct access to the bay, this stunning vacation home is designed for guests who love life on the water. The private pool is great for keeping cool during a Texas summer, while the private dock and easy bay access make it the perfect home base for days spent out on the water in your fishing boat. Plus, with four spacious bedrooms—three king rooms and a fourth with two queen beds—there’s plenty of space for families and friends to spread out and unwind.
The ground level is an outdoor oasis, perfect for entertaining. Spend your days soaking in the private pool while watching boats glide by. The finished patio features an outdoor bar with a TV and mini fridge, making it easy to grab a cold drink while grilling up fresh seafood on the BBQ. A picnic table offers a casual dining spot, while a dartboard invites a little friendly competition. With a full bath conveniently located on this level, you won’t have to go far to rinse off after a dip in the pool or a day spent out on the boat.
Inside, the main level’s open-concept design creates a welcoming space with a vaulted ceiling, plush seating, a large TV, and a foosball table for added fun. The fully equipped kitchen boasts stainless steel appliances, ample counter and cabinet space, and a breakfast bar for casual bites. Just beyond, the dining area seats 8 and opens onto a partially covered deck—ideal for morning coffee or evening cocktails with waterfront views. We want to help get your trip off to an easy start, so you’ll find a set of starter supplies at your home when you arrive: a roll of toilet paper for each bathroom, dishwashing soap, and shampoo, conditioner, lotion and hand soap for the bathrooms. For longer vacations, please plan to bring your favorite brands with you.
Sheets & bath towels are included with every reservation. Housekeeping places freshly laundered linens in the home before every arrival and will collect any used linens after you depart.
