The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
The boat launch key card should be returned to the binder. If the key card is lost or broken, a $75 replacement fee will be charged.
If any furniture was moved, return it to its original location Any pool equipment used should be put back in its storage area. Kindly return any kayaks, lake gear, games, etc to its designated areas.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Rental Agreement must be signed and initial deposit required when booking.

The Kids Called it The Best Adventure Ever

The house was perfect. It was spacious, clean, bright, and had all the amenities we enjoyed. We grilled, made s’mores in the fire pit, and the game room and swimming pool with accessories was a big hit. We only had one issue: no wash cloths. We had to purchase some from Dollar General. That was possibly just an oversight. Highly recommend!!
