It stared off amazing, nice house , pool & hot we’re not heated right at all.
The house it’s self was very nice , looked just like the pictures shown on the sight. Check in when very smoothly & the response time from the host was nice ! However the reason we rented this house was solely based off the fact that we would have a heated pool and a hot tub to use all weeksend. After talking with the host we had set up for the pool to already be heated by the time we arrive 1:00pm. When we arrive the pool was cold and there was no water in the hot tub. After reaching out to the owner he fixed the jacuzzi issue with the water however it was all still cold. Come to find out the pool and the jacuzzi could not be heated at the same time. And this was only told to me after asking to have them both turned on multiple times. I had to txt the host every hour or two hours to turn on one or the other. I work all day long until late at night and was expecting to use the pool & hot tub all night as im a night owl. I told the host who said they would fix the issue for the next day however the issue was not fixed. I had to keep asking for the heat to be turned on about 10 times. Long story short we only use the pool and hot tub once. We made sure to not smoke inside as there as signs posted everywhere. However we were charged for Oder inside & also charged for stained sheets, the sheets were not stained when I washed most of the sheets myself , we just didn’t replace them on the beds. We were also charged for a stained kitchen towel because it got red sauce on it.
