• Boat Rentals nearby with delivery to the public landing.

• Large driveway can accommodate 9 vehicles or a few vehicles with trailers.
• A long section of the driveway is shared with the neighbor, but the houses are 1,000 feet apart, so it still feels private.

• Under 10 minutes to downtown Nisswa for shopping, dining, and entertainment.
• Conveniently located in the heart of the Brainerd Lakes Area, perfect for exploring local attractions year-round.
• Just 10 - 15 minutes from Whitefish chain of lakes or Gull lake chain of lakes
• Just 20 minutes to Crosby for hiking, biking and coffee & more
