Private small house in Tampa

This newly constructed small house is just 10 minutes from Downtown Tampa. Located in our backyard with kitchen and private entrance.This small house is equipped with Roku TV, work space,queen size bed, large closet with illumination,fridge, coffee maker, small dining area,counter cooktop ,microwave, cooking tools,AC ,WIFI ,full bathroom and all the comforts of home. You will have a private parking space and access to a large backyard, which is also a shared space with us and other guests.

Small house built and located in the backyard, completely independent with small bathrooms, small kitchen, room and closet. the entrance is private and self check-in.

Disclaimer : We live in a neighborhood where many work at home , therefore you may hear construction noises during the day if neighbors are working on projects.
Early check-in may be available, but it depends on availability.
Pet fee of 52 dollars.
It is a non-smoking room, if you smoke in the room it will be 250 dollars extra cleaning fee.
if there is excess of garbage we will charge an extra cleaning fee 50.
We provide two towels per stay, shampoo, conditioner and body wash.

Shared backyard, smoking is strictly prohibited, no parties!!
If you smoke please leave the cigarette butts in the black garbage can locate it in the front yard.

If it is found someone smoked in the room there will be a $250 fine charge.

sleeping is not allowed in the common areas outdoors.

No guests please ! The space is only for those on the reservation .There is a maximum of 2 people allowed.The person on the reservation profile should be the one renting the space, if not we will ask for your name and identification. If we observe that you have reserved for one guests abd others arrive you reservation will need to be altered. Please respect other guests and do not hangout by windows of other spaces .

Our home is clean and we will keep it fresh and clean for you , please be respectful and do the same for us.
Please don't leave trash in the backyard, front yard or side yard.
Please don't hang up clothes outside the room. if you need to hang up clothes we have a clothes line that you may use per request.

Your pets are welcomed of course but they must be housebroken/potty trained. Pets may not be left alone in the yard. Please clean up after your pets when you take them out side to go to the bathroom.

Fees will be charged for any damages made by guests or pets.

The washer and dryer are not available for guests.
The screened in porch is not available for guests.
