Pretty awful.
This property has the potential to be awesome with some maintenance, TLC and rodent removal. It’s location and set up is really convenient. But it’s pretty run down, dirty and had rats. I was horrified. We contacted the rental company and they were awesome! Changed our home to a different one immediately. As a property owner/renter myself I understand how that can happen but wow I taken off guard, and truly shocked. I’m sure they will fix the issues because it has a lot of potential.

Great location, great potential, had some issues
The location - near the center of Big Bear Lake, shopping, and Snow Summit - is great. The open layout with a large sectional couch and big kitchen, is great. However: - The pool table & foosball table are in an unheated garage that is only accessible by going outside. This makes them pretty useless in the winter. Also, the pool table was ripped and damaged and unplayable when we were there. - We were surprised by the number of things that we had to purchase. We knew about the lack of soap/shampoo, but also needed to buy paper towels, napkins, oven mitts, dish towels, dishwasher detergent, and garbage bags. There were some other things that were broken as well - overall, feels like a place with a lot of potential that just needs to be kept up better.

Great family getaway to Big Bear
Great set up for two families with young kids. Open space layout with great kitchen area and living room. Plenty of room to eat and lounge about. Backyard was nice and hot tub was great after a day skiing at Snow Summit. House is 10 minute walk to Snow Summit.
