Didnt really hear from our host other than the initial set up with address, code and basic rules. The house was very nice. Clean and accomodating. It had just about everything we needed. It was a great experience for our family. We would definately recommend it to others.

My wife and I stayed at this this property in early June 2026. A very nice property,perfect for our visit with family that live in Jax Beach and a few blocks away. The location is a short walk to the beach 10-min. Excellent grocery shopping 5 min away as well as good restaurants. The area is a quiet residential area with well maintained houses. The house has 3 bedrooms, 2 baths, and a large living/dining/kitchen room. See photos. Of special note: in the kitchen there is a fire extinguisher, and a very well stocked first aid kit (not usual). Between the dining table and sink-counter unit, it is easy to have 6-7 people for meal. There is a lovely terrace off the primary bedroom with a grill, table and chairs and a large bathroom. There is a second bedroom with a terrace chairs and a third bedroom with a 2nd bathroom between the two. The the electric fireplace is visible in the photos. The kitchen is well stocked with china, silverware, a a good assortment of cooking pieces and utensils. There are some basic spices as well. The only disappointment is the Keurig style coffee maker: coffee is weak, watery, and we went out for coffee. I suggest getting a better one. In all, it is a fine property and will be at the top of our list for our next visit.Photos in Sequence:living-kitchen, primary bedroom with bath, 2nd bedroom with terrace and third bedroom. Exterior photos that are on the VRBO site are good.
