What better place to work or play than a newly renovated 1-bedroom condo just seconds the sand. Your mind will be at ease knowing you will have reserved parking for (2) vehicles and there is plenty of public parking available around the property. This condo sleeps up to (4) adults and has (2) beds thanks to a pull-out couch in the living room. We know that business doesn't take a break at this beach so please enjoy complimentary Wifi as well as streaming tv capabilities. Join us by the beach!

Monday & Thursday are the days the garbage can needs to be put out for pickup.

Wednesday is when the recycling can needs to be put out for pickup.

Thank you!
Quiet Hours in JAX Beach are from 10pm-7am. No parties allowed. Additional Pet fee for pets once approved.
