Beautiful property. Mostly quiet. Some weird bumps from the neighbors the last two days. Also a post office is out back and can wake you up in the morning with 4-5 am deliveries if you are a light sleeper. Overall very clean and chock full of amenities. The pull down bed out the ocean side is amazing for falling asleep to the sound of the waves. Nothing will wake you on that side of the unit.
