The first floor includes a modern, spacious and well appointed kitchen with granite counters, new appliances, and breakfast bar, dining area, living area with gas fireplace, two bedrooms, bathroom with marble counters, all new windows, and covered front patio. The garden level includes a family room with flat screen TV, two bedrooms, bathroom with marble counters, and laundry. The property features beautiful views of Lookout Mountain and South Table Mountain and includes a fenced in backyard. The detached garage is clean and can store your bikes, skis, and boards.
The house is fully furnished. Amenities includes a 55" flat screen TV, cable, and high speed wireless.
No Smoking. Pets not allowed.
Cleaning fee and damage deposit are required.

Carma and I have lived in Golden since attending graduate school at the Colorado School of Mines. We have two boys and live near the rental. Carma has done an amazing job remodeling the rental property. The house is completely updated, beautiful, and very comfortable.
