5. What are the check-in and check-out times? -- Check-in is anytime after 4:00 PM, and check-out is by 11:00 AM. Self-check-in instructions are provided for your convenience.

6. Can I check in early? -- Early check-in may be available for an additional fee of 50% of the daily rate if the previous night is unbooked.

7. How fast is the internet? -- Our WiFi offers speeds up to 1,000 Mbps, making it perfect for streaming and working remotely.

8. What type of property is this? -- The Brickhaus is a three-floor residential property. You are booking the 1st floor of the building. This listing includes exclusive access to the first floor and all common areas within that space.

9. How does parking work? -- Free off-street parking is available for one vehicle behind the house, with additional free street parking in front.

10. Do you allow parties? -- Parties are strictly prohibited. Unauthorized gatherings or unregistered guests will result in fines and immediate cancellation of your reservation without a refund.

11. Do you offer laundry? -- We have a laundry room available for guests upon request with access to laundry detergent.

You are renting the 1st floor of a residential complex, with access to all rooms and common areas. Please note that the basement and two storage closets are reserved for housekeeping use only.

If you are driving, there is unlimited free street parking available in the area, as well as one off-street parking spot behind the house.

All floors of this property are short-term rentals, so we're not on the premises. However, we're always just a quick message away. Feel free to reach out to us via the app or website at any time. We typically reply to messages right away between 9 AM and 9 PM.

We know that a clean and sanitary environment is the top concern for guests. As such, our professional housekeeper cleans and sanitizes the house on a regular basis and before every guest's check in. Rest assured that we take all possible precautions to ensure you have a comfortable and safe stay at our house. Our two bathrooms are cleaned and sanitized every day.

Guests must check-out by 11am on the departure day established in their reservation.

- PARKING -
There is one dedicated off-street parking available plus plentiful free street parking along E Rich St. and neighboring streets. Please just pay attention to any non-parking signs in the area and avoid that spot.
