House is like brand new—extremely clean, great yard and landscaping, thoughtful decor, very comfortable beds. Owner is super responsive (there were a couple of issues he resolved himself immediately!) It’s in a lovely neighborhood that connects to an even larger neighborhood great for walking or running. Things to note: one full bath on main floor, the other is in the basement. Kitchen has plenty to work with but there are not extras like spices, mixing bowls, baking pans, Rubbermaid containers, or crockpot. Basement is fabulous—pool table was a bit, HUGE tv and comfortable couches, plenty of space to spread out. Couches are included in the sleeping count, but there were not extra linens. Plenty of bath towels, hangers, and laundry baskets for our week stay. Highly recommend! And during the hottest week of the summer, the AC worked beautifully!!

Property was nicely updated and very clean. The bed in the primary bedroom was very comfortable. The kitchen seemed to have all the basics we needed for our stay. Our dogs enjoyed hanging out on the front porch. Host had some unexpected construction in the back yard, but kept in communication on activity during our stay and did their best to minimize the impact on our stay.
