Everything was clean and looked just like the photos. Most everything was available and the communication was great with the host. We would stay again.
The property was just as described in the information listed. Super close to the college, and all other activities, stores/restaurants! Easy to find and felt safe in the area.
Really nice home, would stay here again. So close to the grocery store and not far from campus. Quiet neighborhood, great for walking, there's a park nearby. I would recommend to the owners to add room darkening curtains to the master bedroom, but it wasn't a problem.
This was a great house for our family while visiting Iowa State for family weekend. The house was welcoming and we felt comfortable. The neighborhood was quiet and it was close to campus. I would suggest getting some darker curtains in the first floor bedroom. The street lights shine directly into the room, and the curtains are very sheer.
Kitchen only had 4 coffee cups when we had 6 people but we made it work. Just a thought for adding in future. Overall experience was wonderful. Nice house, clean and in a good safe residential area. Process was effortless and communication was great!
The host was welcoming and with only a few questions while we were there, responses were quick and helpful. The house is beautifully decorated and cozy. The water pressure was great in the shower! The back yard was large but we didn't get to check it out due to cold and snow! We were close to campus to get our son settled back into school before we left. We would absolutely stay here again!I am rating 4 stars as there was no exterior light in the front of the house. This made me a little uncomfortable walking the dog at night. The main floor bedroom has sheers which lets in a lot of light. This is beautiful and relaxing by day, blinding (hotel and street lights in rear of house) and not private at night. The house was quite drafty with plenty of blankets provided on the coldest weekend of the year.
Thankful for a great option!Kitchen having useful items made mealtime cheaper. The shower had great water pressure and stayed hot for everyone. Cozy and homey decor made relaxing in the evening easier. The laundry access was great and the machines were clean.
