Leave a home manual so guests don't have to keep asking questions
Stayed 6 nights in Feb 2026
Response from VrboOwner on 27 Mar 2026
Thank you for the feedback. I’m sorry for the inconvenience — a home manual should have prevented repeated questions. We're working on a printed manual and digital guest guide to the listing with appliance instructions, Wi‑Fi details, and common FAQs. We’ll continue refining our check-in materials so future stays are smoother. Thanks for bringing this to our attention.

Great house closer to Alpine but also accessible for palisades. Has one main kitchen and two bedrooms on the first floor and a smaller kitchen/living room and two bedrooms (including a master suite) on the second floor. Great for two families or families with older kids. Clean amd well appointed.

Thank you for the great review. I’m glad the two-level layout and well-appointed kitchens worked well for two families and that the location was convenient to both Alpine and Palisades. We appreciated having you and would love to welcome you back to Grand Welcome North Lake Tahoe!

The location of the house was ideal. The size of the home was just right for a party of eight. We appreciated the cleanliness of the house. One minor note is the heater near the main kitchen—it did not seem to heat the general area as effectively as the heater for the general area on the upper level. It may be worthwhile to check the unit to confirm optimal functionality. In all other respects, the accommodation was great, and if we return, we would definitely consider reserving this place again. Thank you.
