Harveys Lake A-Frame with Hot Tub and Steam Sauna

Nestled in the heart of scenic Harvey’s Lake, PA, this modern A-frame house is a perfect year-round retreat for up to six guests. With a spacious wraparound porch, you can enjoy a morning coffee or evening cocktails while soaking in the serene lake surroundings. The steam barrel sauna for two, hot tub for five, outdoor kitchen, and seating add a touch of relaxation, creating an ideal setting for unwinding. Located across the street from PA's largest natural lake and a few minutes from the public boat launch.

1,100 square foot a-frame house across the street from Harvey's Lake and next door to Rich and Charlotte's restaurant/bar. The house is six walking minutes from the Harvey's Lake public boat launch, where a boat or kayaks (permit required) can be launched.

The main floor includes a bathroom, kitchen, living room, and bedroom. The kitchen is equipped with a microwave, refrigerator, oven, and dishwasher. The kitchen has a variety of cooking essentials including but not limited to plates, bowls, drinking glasses, wine glasses, silverware, pots, pans, cooking utensils, cutting boards, food storage containers, spices, cooking oil, saran wrap, foil, etc. The kitchen has an island with four bar stools. No condiments provided.

The living room has large windows to provide a beautiful view of the front yard and a sliver of the lake. Guests can walk out the sliding doors to access the wrap around porch and sauna. The room contains a sectional couch with a pull-out sofa bed and a Tv with a Roku in guest mode for you to access your streaming services. An expanding dining room table can also double as a work space.

1 bedroom on the main floor with a queen bed. 1 bedroom upstairs with a queen bed and TV, sheets and blankets provided for both beds. Each bedroom has a sound machine, USB charging station, and a mini-split unit for heat and air-conditioning.

The loft contains a cozy sitting area and numerous books, puzzles, and board games for guests to enjoy while staying on property. The loft has a mini-split unit for heat and air-conditioning.

The porch wraps around three sides of the house has a steam sauna (2 people maximum), hot tub (5 people maximum), an outdoor bar with grill/mini refrigerator as well as a separate table and chairs that can accommodate six people. Additional seating on an outdoor sectional and rocking chair by the front door.

Driveway is located at the front of the house and can accommodate 4 vehicles or 2 vehicles and a boat.
