The Rowanwood is a luxurious waterfront retreat, where no detail has been overlooked and is perfect for your next getaway in the heart of The County. This contemporary designer home offers an unparalleled waterfront experience, blending modern sophistication with the calming embrace of nature. Perfectly positioned on the edge of serene waters, this architectural gem features floor-to-ceiling windows that frame breathtaking views of the horizon, filling every room with natural light. Inside you can enjoy a game of pool, work from home or relax with a good book and glass of local wine. Outside is a tranquil backyard setting, equipped with a hot tub, outdoor dining, BBQ and fire pit. Forget your worries and enjoy the serene countryside, while only a short drive from everything the County has to offer and minutes from Sandbanks Provincial Park. STA License# ST-2024-0219

A damage deposit hold of $1,000 will be placed on your credit card within 72 hours before check-in.
This hold will be released within 7 business days after a post check-out inspection confirms no damage to the property.

Reservations can be canceled for a full refund up to 30 days before check-in.

Reservations canceled between 30 and 14 days before check-in will forfeit the 50% deposit.

Reservations canceled within 14 days of check-in are non-refundable.

All cancellations made more than 14 days after booking are subject to an administration fee of 4% of the total deposit.

We loved our stay here! The Check-in was flawless, the house spotless ans ready for us. We cannot express how relaxing and magical this property is. For our family of 6 we had enough room each have our own rooms, enough bathrooms and a gorgeous great room with a huge kitchen, a gym and a beautiful outdoor space.
