Loved that the fireplaces worked, you could choose to have heat or just have the look of a real fire. Also got to see a Momma black bear and her three little cubs. Beds were comfortable and kitchen was stocked with everything we needed. Great time and we will be back again in the future!'' -Carla

Was missing some pans but host took care of that very quickly. Thought we could have a better view of mountains from both decks. Wish they didn't have the porch string lights on dusk to dawn. Very bright in the bedroom with them on. Need better lighting in the bathrooms for the showers. It was very dark. Wish the mattresses were softer, very stiff more our backs.
Great place to stay! Close to many attractions. The place was exactly as presented in its listing. No unexpected surprises. I would highly recommend it.
Beautiful area. Quiet but if you are not use to moutain driving it is very steep. The bedrooms are downstairs so keep that in mind if you are a bit older and climbing stairs is an issue. We had 2 people in our group with knee replacements and it was a challenge. View was outstanding and communication was amazing with the hosts.
Hosts were fantastic. Communication and instructions were very clear and made easy. We had one question about what to do with trash as we were checking out and our hosts responded instantly. Cabin is in a great location, easy to get to, plenty of parking space, and was spotless when we arrived. We will definitely be returning in the future.
Hosts were very responsive and checkin/checkout was easy. We enjoyed the location - close to Gatlinburg, but also away from the hustle and bustle of town. We used the hot tub a few times and the kids really loved the Pac-Man game and bunkbeds. Overall the cabin was nice, but there were a few things that needed fixing or attention (faucet loose in the shower, door handle falling off a bedroom door, etc). Also, the bathroom lighting was very poor. You had to shower in the dark or take off the dark shower curtain and only use the clear liner so you had some light to see. Overall it was a good stay, but a few minor fixes would be beneficial.
