NEWLY RENOVATED! Keep it simple at this centrally-located beachside condo. Enjoy all that Gulf Shores has to offer without getting in your car. No need to cross the street to get to the beach as the beach is a few steps from our parking lot. Look no further for the perfect condo at a reasonable price! Brand new King Bed in main bedroom and two Queens in the loft!

Ocean Reef 116 is a 2 bedroom, 1.5-bathroom, second floor walkup unit that will sleep 8. The primary bedroom has a King bed, and the upstairs loft area has 2 Queen beds. A sofa sleeper is in the living room. Great Beach location for a family that likes to walk to everything. This unit has been recently updated with all new appliances. New flooring and fresh paint!

There is an on-site laundry room, covered parking and on-site security. This is a non-smoking unit. This property allows up to two vehicles per reservation. No trailers.

There are 2 parking spots available to you. The condo asks no trailers to be parked in the parking stalls. It is $30 per stall per stay.
Other things to note
No Elevator so you must be able to climb TWO flights of stairs to the unit.

My husband, our adult special needs son, and I stayed for 10 days! The unit was beautiful and very clean. Patti was available and quick to answer our questions. Our room had a balcony overlooking the street (perfect for our special needs son to watch the cars and people)! We were on the second floor so we did a lot of steps! We were very happy with our unit, location and working with Patti and her staff!

Perfect location and size for my family!

This location was perfect. My kids and dog all had enough space to relax. I also really liked that I didn’t have to worry about my kids going to and from the beach because there were no roads to cross and the condo is small enough for them to easily navigate their way to and from everything. This location also was right near side walks making it easy to run in the mornings and walk around at night.
