Townhouse recently renovated from top to botton, new appliances in the kitchen area. Open middle level with plenty of space to eat, relax and watch TV. Master bedroom with private bath. Basement can be used as bedroom or common area. Townhouse near major malls and shopping centers, great access to highway, yet far enough from the main roads. Diverse neighborhood with kids, young adults and established adults- quiet neighborhood.

The house has 3 beautiful bedrooms upstairs. The master bedroom has an ensuite bathroom. The other 2 bedrooms upstairs have a bathroom with lots of supplies. Upstairs has a linen closet filled with towels, extra blankets, additional supplies guests need for the duration of the trip.

The middle level has an open floor plan where you can see the kitchen, living room and dining room from the front door entrance. The living room has 2 comfortable couches, one of which can be converted into a queen size sofa bed. There is TV with cable and streaming services. You will truly feel home away from your own home. The dining room table seats 6 people at the table. The kitchen is exactly like your own house: crisp white plates, bowls, saucers of different styles, wine glasses, juice glasses, tea/coffee mugs. Kitchen is fully equipped with coffee makers, toasters, water heaters, pots, pans, and all types of utensils. Cardboards will be fully stocked with non perishable items, but the fridge is always cleaned out once each guest leaves.
The basement has a big bedroom with 2 queen beds, a linen closet with additional blankets, sheets and towels and a full washer and dryer for guest use.

My modern house will truly make you feel like you are a part of my own family. Each room has personalized touch.

Each room sleeps 2 people, plus the sofa beds (12). If you have babies, there is a crib and a playpen that can be placed in the main bedroom. This place is local to many attractions in Gaithersburg, Germantown, Rockville and surrounding areas in the DC metro area. A new TopGolf location was just opened in 2019 in Germantown - just 10 minutes away. Lakeforest Mall is just around the corner in Gaithersburg. Clarksburg Premium Outlets are just 10 minutes away in Clarksburg. There are many things to do with the family or friends within a 30 minutes radius.

Great Place

We loved our quick stay and the owner could not have been nicer. Place was clean and roomy with everything you need. Close to stores and resteraunts. Will definitely stay there again!

Holiday visit

Very comfortable stay in MD

Emilie is a great host, her warm communication and responsiveness were greatly appreciated! We stayed for a weekend in April for a family birthday in the area. The unit was very clean and spacious, we had plenty of room for our family with children as well as 2 extended family members to stay with us. The location is great, close to all kinds of grocery stores and restaurants. It also is a short drive from the Metro station, we took the family for a fun day at the museums and monuments in DC and avoided all of traffic and congestion of having to drive. Thank you again for hosting us, we had a great trip!

Cozy and welcoming

The house is a very welcoming place. It has all amenities you need without the need to pack everything. All rooms have TV and connection to fast internet. The place is a bit dated and has squeaky floors, but it has been renovated which makes it very inviting. Emilie is a perfect host, quick to respond to our queries, and accommodating. The neighborhood is quiet, and house is at the end away from all the traffic/noise. Overall it is a good place for family or multiple families to stay.

Great property for a family of 5

We spent Christmas in the Gaithersburg area visiting family and needed a space for our family of 5. Emilie was very helpful with the reservations and very responsive to any questions. The townhouse had 4 bedrooms so my husband and I and each of our 3 children were able to have our own space. The place was well stocked and very comfortable. I would definitely recommend this townhouse and would stay again when I am in the area.

Nice place and neighborhood

This place worked well for the time we were in Maryland. It was spacious and in a quiet neighborhood. Owner was extremely nice and responsive. Could use some updating as it was an older place, and did look like some of the rooms had already been updated. But for our needs, it worked.

Enjoyed staying here. We booked this place for a weekend on the occasion of friends reunion. Nice place to stay in a calm community. House is well kept and felt like my own home. Moreover the owner is super responsive. I would definitely recommend this place. Parking seems to be a bit troublesome if you have more than 2 cars. We managed in streets and near by malls. I would definitely comeback if I need to rent again.

Townhouse accuracy

We arrived, 6 family members. When we booked the townhouse there was a surcharge for more than 4 people - 150. This was not in the information. The information was it sleeps 12 people. It listed 6 beds and there were 5 so one family member slept on the pull out couch. Our biggest surprise was the patchwork throughout the house and one hole in the wall. It looks like they were repairing the walls and had not completed the job. Our host was great - very respectful and responsive and we appreciated this.

Good proximity to the Maryland Soccerplex

Our group stayed at this location to be close to the Maryland soccer Plex and it was an ideal distance, making the commute really convenient. It is also near to a number of other resources like restaurants and grocery stores. The parking situation is challenging. We had three vehicles and one of them got towed. There’s a clear warning about this in the listing so it was our fault but it’s definitely something to be aware of if you plan to stay here. the bed linens were clean and the house generally was clean. It was missing some amenities like dish soap and dishwasher detergent so we had to run out to get some. Our biggest complaint is that the basement smelled very strongly of weed.

Todd my dear I appreciate You being my guests I do love and appreciate and value all my guests I have 2 free private parking for my guests in front of the house - very convenient for my guests any cars after 2 cars You have to park for free in the main road about a 5 minute walk from the house and it is free You just have to find an open space On Your reservation You did not tell me the truth You booked for one person and You were so many of You which if You give me the correct number of guests help me as a host to prepare for Your stay My house is a Townhouse and we all know that if anyone smokes weed even from outside anyone near by can smell it as a host I have no control over that I use professional Cleaners to clean my house and use white linen only ( sheets . Towels and some of my bed spreads ) are all white to make sure that everything is perfect for my guests and You know that house Todd was very very clean I put treats for my guests to snacks/ at times fresh fruits / tea coffee and water for my guests to get You started on before you buy your food as a curtesy I do my best to offer the best service for my guests They were so many positive things in the house which You could also could have highlighted Really dish soap for the sink is less than a dollar and I have a big bottle fir refills under the kitchen sink for myguests convenience As a host my goal is to give my guests the best experience but it is not easy to make everyone happy

Perfect for family

The owner s amazing to work with. We had an issue booking through another company and had to find a place asap. She let us check in early Mon. So we could go to DC. Very close to metro rail..15 minute drive. Everything was stocked and we even had a fruit bowl waiting when we arrived. I can’t thank them enough for making our trip even better. Would definitely stay again. I have stayed at several condos through VRBO and have to say this one had the most cleaning supplies I have ever seen and wash clothes!!! Thank you for being so thoughtful and helpful during our stay!

My family and I were in town for a wedding. We booked this unit because it was affordable, had the amount of rooms we needed, and was close to the wedding venue. We unfortunately walked into a mess. There were patches in a lot of the drywall that had not been painted. We could not use one of the bedrooms upstairs because the entire ceiling had fresh drywall mud all over it and the odor was unbearable. The box springs on the beds in the basement were not very clean looking and there was a ceiling tile missing out of the ceiling above one of the beds. The sheets on the mattresses seemed clean. The location was great for us and other than the issues I already mentioned it was a decent place and the host communicated well. I wish they would have just let me know repairs had to be done and it would not be ready for our arrival. Since we were only there two night we didn’t think it was worth the trouble of finding another place last minute but overall this was a disappointment.

The unit suited my group's needs

Our stay was good and host was very responsive. The home was well stocked and clean. The only issue was the 6th bed location. The listing states there are 6 beds, all in bedrooms, but the 6th bed is actually a pull-out couch in the living area, so 1 person in our group had to sleep in a common area, which was not expected when the booking was made. Bedroom 4 is in the basement, with 2 queen beds and no bathroom access on the same floor, and with the closest bathroom being a half bath on the main floor, and shower access 2 floors up with the other bedrooms. Sleeping in the basement is very noisy if anyone is walking around or talking on the main level. If there are more than 2 vehicles in your group, parking for a 3rd vehicle can be some distance away. For us, street parking was completely full when we arrived, so we had to find a parking lot about a mile away.

Very clean home, lots of space

We originally were going to have my parents stay with us and would have had 6 adults plus two children in the home. They changed their plans and in hindsight it's good they did. We would have had to put our toddler in a room with us (not ideal) or someone would have had to use the basement room. It's not terrible, but pretty far from a bathrooom. Was a little dismayed to see glass side and coffee tables in almost every room. We were able to move a few of them so the kids wouldn't run into or climb on them. Wasn't expecting the house to be baby proofed, but it was one curveball we had to deal with after checking in.

I have never left a negative review before and I feel bad doing so, because the host seemed very nice. But the photos were not at all accurate. This place was not safe and I’m glad we didn’t have any small children. I read one review from about 6 months ago indicating that it was under construction. I assumed it would be done several months later. Wrong, there was construction equipment and debris scattered throughout the house. (See pictures). Screws scattered throughout the house, and no railing on the stairs. No screens on upstairs windows, which were also not locked and very easy to open and low to the floor. Very unsafe for children. Bedding for the pull out couch was nowhere to be found. I emailed the host upon arrival to ask where we could find the bedding, and to ask what would be done about the construction equipment in the house. She replied nearly 24 hours later on where we could find a key to unlock a cupboard to find bedding. My niece had to sleep on a bare couch. And the owner never addressed the construction. The basement smelled strongly of marijuana. On the plus side, this was very conveniently located, and the neighborhood was safe.

Tiffany you know I would never rent my house to anyone when it is not in good condition You know if the house was the way You are portraying here You would never stay there you would have left I use professional cleaners to clean my house after each guests and I use white linen on every bed and use only white Towels for my guests which I bleach after each guests leave I personally go and check the house after my house keeping crew are done and also go and do final touches to make sure my house is clean and perfect before my next guests checks in You were more than 12 of You and I accommodated all of You If the house was that bad like the way You are portraying here You could not have stayed My house is better than the pictures I have and You know that for sure I have more than 3 sets of linen in the closet and I told you where the key was to open the closet and get extra linen which is a lot It can never be the right thing to write such negativity to a host when You know what you are writing is not true but to me as a host I will still love cherish You and respect You as my guest and I do appreciate Your bussiness My response time is measured by the app and I am very quick to respond to my guests this can never be true and you know that Thank You for being my Guest I will continue to to provide the best space possible for my guests as before Thank You

Felt like staying in own vacation home

We stayed for almost two weeks with family. It was like our home away home. Emilie had stocked the house with all essentials one would expect and more. The house was clean, neat and everything was organized. The kitchen was stocked with utensils, some groceries; linen closet was full of linens and towels; laundry room was stocked also. Emilie was very responsive to any questions and concerns. We had two "big issues" during our stay and she addressed them right away. 1. One of the toilets was not working well. We had two other toilets in the house - it was not urgent to fix the toilet, Emilie had it replaced the house the next day! 2. The smoke alarm was detached from the ceiling. She replaced it with a brand new one immediately. Overall, it was a perfect place to stay away from home. We would rent this home again and would recommend to anyone without any reservations.

Family reunion

First of all our host, Emilie is very attentive and accommodating. The place is furnished appropriately to accomodate a large group. There were 8 of us and all of us slept in beds. Kitchen has everything you need to cook. The place can use some touch ups but it was fine for our purpose. I would go back.

Fine but a couple suggestions.

Our Host, Emilie, was attentive nice and accommodating. When we needed anything she responded within a reasonable amount of time. Overall the stay was fine. The showers were hot and had good water pressure. It was clean but there were areas that needed to be swept of dust bunnies in corners and under beds, also a new air filter would have been good too. The oven worked well and it was nice to have a dishwasher, as we did a bunch of cooking but we sort of wished the place had better knives, (At least a chefs knife) at least one skillet or frying pan, mixing bowls too. Would have been nice to have bedsheets or a bed skirt on each of the box springs. Since there was plastic on them still it wasn’t as visually pleasing. Some of the knobs on the dressers were broken or missing and it would be good to replace them. Also, more hangers in the closets would also have been helpful. Some of the lightbulbs were burnt out and they were all different tones. I think it would be nice to have the same color lightbulbs and also have back ups in case one burned out. In the basement bedroom, a curtain or room divider in front of the utility closet with the paint buckets would have made the room feel better... like less of an after thought. There were some areas in the home that had slight paint chipping, or peeling on the bathroom sink veneer. Overall again, it was fine and served the function of proving a place to sleep, but we wished it had felt a bit more cozy or updated. A few slight adjustments could help this place come together. A cleaner living room rug, a runner or two in the halls, maybe throw pillows on the bed... but yes, it was fine. Emilie was open to suggestions and said it was ok if we moved some things to better suit our needs. So really, Emilie was awesome! If some of these things were addressed I’d consider staying again.

We had fabulous stay! The property had plenty of space. More space than our family of 6 could use! Everything was neat and clean. The kitchen was small but adequate. We cooked a couple of times! i am so sorry for the misunderstanding the house is a 4 bedroom house not 5 bedroom . I tried my best to go above and beyond for you and your family and even very flexible with you and your family to stay the whole day till 7 pm instead of checking out at 11 am check out time so you could catch your flights back home. I try my best to make my guests happy, I thank you so much for being my guests

Family weekend get away

This house is as advertised. Plenty of space(and then some) for our family of 5. The house was fully stocked with supplies such as soap, paper towels, trash bags, coffee, plenty of linens, etc. These items made the experience truly a home away from home. Emilie was a gracious host. She answered all of our questions and offered valuable advise for our stay. The check in/out process could not have gone any smoother. I would definitely recommend this location.

Great House

We recommend this house when your plans are to stay some days near to Washington D.C. The house is confortable, the neighborhood is safe. There are two parking places in front of the house. The owner (Emilie) always has the best attitude to attend the concerns and solve any request. This was a perfect place for my familiy, and we will definitely use this location again. Emilie thanks for your hospitality.
