Tami is a great host for this amazing 1BR unit. This development was never on my radar for Aspen, but it has moved to the top of the list if you want a condo in a hotel environment. VERY high quality unit and Tami made the process so easy. Walkable to anywhere in downtown Aspen. Would be great during ski season. Will be renting again from her!

Thanks for the nice review Scott. Much appreciated. Just to be clear for all future bookings, this listing is for a studio unit. We had a very unique situation where we upgraded you to a full 1BR unit at no additional charge. I'm so happy you enjoyed it! The 1BR units, which can be booked on this site, are really awesome. You get the studio unit plus a living/dining area and gourmet kitchen! I look forward to working with you again to book that return trip! Tami
We were so pleased with our recent stay at this wonderful property. The accommodations were exceptionally comfortable and provided a truly relaxing atmosphere. Everything was meticulously clean and well-maintained, which we greatly appreciated. The location offered convenient access to all the attractions we wished to visit. We wholeheartedly recommend this rental to anyone seeking a delightful and memorable vacation experience.

Thank you for the nice review Chris, and I'm so happy you had a great experience! I hope to have the pleasure of booking a return trip for you in the future as you have been terrific to work with! Tami
Booking response time was super quick and she was very responsive with any questions. My unit was on the top floor with a hot tub so that was above what was listed.
I recently had the pleasure of staying at this spectacular rental property in Aspen and it exceeded all of my expectations! Nestled in the heart of the picturesque Rocky Mountains, this luxurious retreat provided the perfect blend of serenity, comfort, and convenience for my family and me.

We had an amazing stay! Boutique style property. Service was above 5 star. Aspen in the fall is like a Hallmark movie!

Property was great and just as advertised. We had to leave early due to an emergency and Tami was very helpful in trying to re-rent the unit and mitigate our losses.

Thank you so much for taking the time to submit a review, especially with all you are dealing with. I wish you both the best, and please do contact me again when you can plan a return trip. I will take very good care of you! Tami
This was a great experience. The staff are personable, helpful to guests and they have true hospitality values for their residents as well. It’s directly across from the free transit station and airport transfer is included so wonderful accessibility. It’s clean and safe and met all of my travel needs.
We had a wonderful stay here. This is the absolute best location in Aspen. The property is well managed, valet parking very convenient, etc. The room was big and very comfortable. The only thing missing is that the room could have used a comfortable sitting chair since there is plenty of room. It does have a sitting table and two wood chairs, but a reading chait would have been great. The property is a little 80s/90s dated, but it's beautiful, great hot tubs, good free breakfast, cozy reading/TV room, etc. I would absolutely stay here again. It's primo.

Hi Scott - Thank you for that very nice review! I'm so glad you enjoyed your stay, and I hope to have the pleasure of working with you to book a return trip in the near future. Tami
We had a wonderful stay! The location is at the base of Aspen Mountain and cannot be beat! The property also offered a shuttle to/from the Aspen airport and to the other ski mountains which was super convenient. Walkable to everything in town.
Tami was also amazing to book with and she was super responsive. Our flight home was cancelled due to the FAA issue and weather in the area and Tami worked with us to get us a room for an additional day (which was not easy!). We appreciated all of her help and her responsiveness during a very stressful day! I'd definitely recommend renting though Tami.

This must be the place: Mountain View Pied-A-Terre
Don't let the name confuse you, Hyatt Grand Aspen Luxury, feels more like a mountain view pied-a-terre in the heart of Aspen. The location doesn't get any better -- steps away from the lifts, best restaurants and you barely use your car because of the complimentary car service within a certain radius! As someone who tends to not use a concierge, I relied on Hyatt Grand Aspen for hiking recommendations (I even picked up a new book he recommended), yoga studios, and truly appreciated the insider perspective. When you come to Aspen, a lot of the luxury hotels are overpriced. You can still experience the well known hotels by stopping by for a drink or bite, but without the hefty price tag. Hyatt Grand Aspen is a great value for all that they offer.
The room was extremely clean, accommodating (love the room with fireplace), spacious, well appointed and mountain chic.
Let's just say, I keep returning, which is truly the greatest compliment of them all. Thank you, Tami, and team!

No issues booking with the unit owner, would recommend them. The property has an outstanding location extremely close to Ajax base and Aspen Village.
However, they lack in delivering the value of what the cost is to stay here. I personally paid about $900/nt plus a $40/nt resort and valet fees. The valet fees are consistent within the industry, but the resort fees I have an issue with. These fees cover the cost of amenities which include but are not limited to Wi-Fi, fitness center, meals, and recreation. During my 4 night stay, 1 of the 2 jacuzzis was completely closed, and the other was not operating properly (only 2 jets were working) which led to overcrowding. Also, the fire pit on property was not working which was another disappointment. Long story long, I felt taken advantage of a bit when I took into consideration that the property ‘double dips’ into the resort fees with their nightly guests coupled with the annual maintenance dues charged to the resort unit owners (which should cover the costs of maintaining the property’s amenities).
The unit itself was underwhelming, outdated with its furnishings, a very awkward bath/shower setup (we had to literally climb over a 2’ tall by 3’ wide barricade to get into bath area), and no view/balcony/patio area to speak of. Housekeeping was very good and the onsite courtesy vehicle was very convenient and appreciated. The staff at the on site ski valet were also excellent and highly appreciated.

Thank you for leaving your review Robert. I'm happy you were pleased with several aspects of your stay, and sorry you were not pleased with all aspects. In regard to the rate you paid, the roughly $900/nt included all of the taxes for both the town of Aspen as well as the State of Colorado, and the VRBO booking fee. What is left to flow through to the owner is about $700/nt. In regard to the resort fees, while I have no control as an owner over the amount charged, we own at several properties, and the resort fees charged at this property are very much in line with the industry standard for luxury residences. The amounts were quite a bit lower prior to the pandemic, but unfortunately have gone up everywhere since. That being said, I am very sorry you experienced issues with the hot tub and fire pit and I will facilitate your receiving a refund for the $40/nt resort fee you paid during your stay.
The resort is closing for 2 months as of tomorrow, to complete renovations on the units, so as of the June reopening, all units will have new furnishings, fixtures, and decor. About half of the studio units in the building do not have a patio or balcony, so if that is important to you, and you would consider returning in the future, I would encourage you to reach out to me prior to booking, to inquire as to whether the unit that is available has one or not.
Again, I apologize for the issues you had while in residence, and thank you for taking the time to document them. Tami
