We had an absolutely great experience. A perfect Montana location. Close to Livingston and Yellowstone withbeautiful scenery. The house was clean and had everything we needed. The host was immediately responsive to any questions. We will be back.
Our group of three old fly fishermen had a wonderful time in Livingston and Paradise Valley highlighted by our stay at DA-JA View. Everything about the home was perfect. Homey, comfortable, spotless....a full kitchen with all the utensils, cookware and appliances and big enough to support a group much larger than ours.....several "coffee and wine sipping" porches ideal for watching the sunrise over the valley or sunset over the mountains....and five minutes to downtown Livingston. I can not recommend DA-JA View enough.Rick KeelerWaxahachie, Texas
If I could’ve given location and neighborhood a 100+ rating I would’ve. Spectacular views, spectacular cabin, and spectacular town with lots to do. I highly recommend this VRBO!!
This property is in a nice location with great access to Livingston and Yellowstone Park. The cabin was perfect for us with amazing views both day and night. The owner is very responsive and provides very good information for the area. I would recommend this property.
Lovely large secluded cabin with gorgeous views from amazing porch. Kitchen and baths were well equipped. Everything you needed to settle in was right where it should be. Would have appreciated either access to a closet or a dresser in master.

Wow.
Thanks for the great 4 star review. 🤔
You say needed "either access to a closet or a dresser in master". We follow all CDC and operative guidelines to the letter and closed off all closets and clothing storage.. Sorry that impacted your stay so much.
Just what we were looking for in all aspects.
Cool mornings and cloudless sun baked days. We thank our host for sharing their place with us.
Well appointed interior with cozy master bed room; just for starters. I could go on and on. Many thanks for the notebook on the home, local restaurants and other recommendations.

Great house. 2 miles of challenging gravel road was disappointing.
Our overall experience was somewhat disappointing. I was concerned about pulling a big trailer onto a remote location. I asked about the drive and was told that it was well maintained and the trailer wouldn't be a problem. The road was very rough washboard with deep gravel in some spots. Motorcycles were part of our plan and this 2mile road was too much of a challenge for two wheels. When we pulled into the property, several pine trees had sizeable limbs extending over the drive at about 3 feet off the ground. These were definitely an issue for both the pickup truck and the trailer. There were also 2 unused vehicles parked in an already narrow driveway. The house itself is really nice. It wasn't as isolated from other homes as we expected. At times we could hear neighbors voices.

This review is misleading and unfair. Mr. Eril NEVER disclosed anything about MOTORCYCLES prior to booking. He only did after he had arrived. We clearly state that our private road is gravel in the listing. Who would ride a motorcycle on most gravel roads, let alone one in the Rocky Mountains? And our road is pristine compared to most out here. Can't reply about those "voices" :)
Absolutely loved this cabin. It was very homey, had lots of bedrooms for the kids, and amazing views. Each morning, I walked down the 2 mile road to the highway and walked back up the road to the house…this was an incredible workout with the best of views. We will definitely stay here again.

We’re blessed to have guests like Bridget. Makes hosting fun! Thanks for staying with us guys!
The whole experience was awesome. The house was fantastic, even has ac, loved seeing the horses in the evening in the pasture. Beds were super comfy. Great location for hiking, fishing and down hill biking in Big Sky. The back deck was perfect for post adventure cocktails.
This cabin is simply the perfect "home base" for a western MT adventure. Beautifully situated on a hillside over a broad area comprising several ranches, the views from the wrap-around porch are stunning from every angle. The bed and sitting rooms are incredibly comfortable and inviting; the kitchen is PERFECTLY outfitted for real use--I mean every type of dish, pot, pan and appliance you could possibly need.
It's close to Yellowstone, Beartooth Mtns and world-class fishing rivers like the Madison; neighboring Livingston is a great town to wander around; as is Bozeman. We even took off for a couple days of hiking @ Glacier from here (5 hrs N). For Serious Silence, sit on the front deck of the cabin @ around 6:30 am or 7:30 pm....you'll hear it.
This is an exceptional mountain home from which to start and end each day's adventure. If SW MT is where you're headed, DA-JA View is definitely your "huckleberry" (i.e. exactly right).
Our group had never visited Montana before and this place was basically our dream of what it would be like. Tons of different, comfortable spaces throughout the house to spread out and enjoy the amazing views. Nice kitchen for when we ate in and great recommendations for when we ate out.
This was the perfect house for 2 couples out to enjoy Yellowstone and all the area has to offer. Cocktails on the wrap around porch and coffee and sunrise were ideal. David couldn't have been more accommodating and house was just what we expected. The photo's are true to form.
We loved staying at DaJa View. The views were amazing! The neighbors were great. Everyone was so nice. We enjoyed the ride up and down the driveway everyday seeing all the horses and deer. The house is gorgeous and had everything we needed and more. The beds were comfy! It was a great place to come home to every night after we finished our daily adventures! We were sad to leave and can’t wait to come back!
This place is an ecclectic mix of rustic and comfort full of interesting family memories. The wrap around deck and serene view of the valley was our favorite place. Livingston city lights at night. The rooms and separate floors made for personal peace and quiet. Just a short drive to town to enjoy the sites, the river or mountain streams, or even Yellowstone. Loved the birds and the flowers...
The cabin was nicer than I had expected. It is well equipped, clean and it has a warm and welcoming atmosphere. Back porch sunsets and stars, satellites and town view on the front porch were enjoyed almost every night. The only disappointment was no available closet or drawers in the master bedroom. There was a bit more instructions and guidelines than I have seen for a rental cabin as well as a late notice for scheduled exterior maintenance work. Overall I would recommend DA-JA View.
This is why people come to Montana to stay in a cabin with a view!! David was incredibly helpful in communications prior to our arrival. Everyone was able to have their own part of the house, so sleeping in wasn’t a problem. Thank you for letting us borrow your cabin for a few nights!
Wonderful place to stay and a great location. Spacious and comfortable with great decor that enhances the Montana experience. Beautiful view from the decks of mountains and Livingston. My friends and I rode Harley’s several days and we had no issues with the gravel drive. Can’t wait to go back!
