Good location to downtown and various parks. It is a basement that you enter from the street but we felt very safe with the extra locks. You are aware if people are staying upstairs as you can hear them walking and laughing and such. We did find a few very large roaches but we “hope” they came in from outside. Otherwise, we were pleased with our stay.

Everything was good, parking close to the home. Only things that would knock it down from a five star rating for me were that the home provided silverware with no plates and a coffee maker with no filters. Good communication with renter to push the stay another night when we wanted to stay in location longer and wanted a late check out. Thanks!

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: location good but we had very large roaches. the description of the second bedroom not good. The room was the size of a walk-in closet. Not appropriate for 2 adults. bathroom with only one access a problem. with the event of a fire there was only 1 exit. should have been printed. lastly the well lighted picture of the living area was no where near reality
