Our relaxed and charming neighborhood sits on the quiet end of New Smyrna Beach. Our residents are friendly and welcoming. It’s only a 7 minute walk to the salty sea and sandy shores. Convenient boat parking allows us to bring our small vessel for family fun.

What makes this property unique

We have a big beautiful pool for swimming and a fishing pier off the back of the property. Be ready to catch a redfish or two.
