"Breakers East 405" Gulf Front 2BR/2BA Beach setup included

Spacious 2 bedroom/2 bath 4th floor condo located directly on the beach. Enjoy the beautiful white sand beaches of the emerald coast. Relax on your spacious 30 Ft private balcony with spectacular beachfront views.

Complimentary WIFI. Master bedroom (king size bed; 42 inch cable TV; new ceiling fan; blackout drapes; attached master walk-in shower/double vanity
Second bedroom features 2 queen size beds; new cable TV/DVD; new ceiling fan. Second bathroom bathtub/shower combination with glass shower doors, single vanity, has door access to second bedroom creating second suite.
Living room has new 60 inch HDTV Smart TV with DVD; new ceiling fan; queen size sleeper sofa; blackout drapes. Fully equipped kitchen (including small appliances, Keurig K-cup brewer, 12 cup coffee maker, toaster, blender, electric can opener, etc.) Full size washer/dryer in the condo. Linens/towels furnished.

(March 1 - October 31) - nightly & weekly rental rates include beach setup (2 chairs/1 umbrella) - (Monthly rates do not include beach setup)


Breakers East is located in the heart of Destin, across the street from 'Big Kahuna's Water Park'. Walk to fast food Dunkin Donuts/Baskin Robbins, Chick-fil-a, Waffle House, Starbucks, and Subway. 'The Track' is located just a few blocks from the go-carts, miniature golf, arcade, bumper boats, bungee jumping. For rainy days Rave movie theatre and "Uncle Buck's Fish Bowl" bowling is located in Destin Commons shopping center or bowling at "Hurricane Lanes" located at the corner of Mathew Blvd/Hwy 98. Close to golfing, world class cuisine, Silver Sands outlet mall, parasailing, dolphin cruises, and much more.

CANCELLATION POLICY:

Cancellation or changes of reservations with advance payments.
100% refund if you cancel at least 30 days before check-in
50% refund (minus the service fee) if you cancel at least 14 days before check-in
No refund if you cancel less than 14 days before check-in
We highly recommend purchasing the CSA Travel Protection during the booking process. Cancellations and early departures due to inclement weather do not warrant any refund of rent.


No Pets Allowed
No Smoking or Vaping. Breakers East is a no smoking building, and it is not permitted in public areas or areas where it can be a nuisance to others including balconies.

Condo is managed locally. Each condo has 2 available parking spaces. Breakers East HOA mandates that all vehicles must have their designated parking pass easily visible through the windshield at all times while parked on the property.

Great location directly on the beach with amazing views of the water. Condo was clean and everything was provided, from the Keurig to the seafood boil equipment and utensils. Beach chair service was also included. Close to shopping and dining. This is a very well maintained condo. Will stay again!

This is a great unit. We have traveled to the area for 20years & this is the best equipped kitchen. Well maintained and very spacious! We would definitely stay here again.

Great place and easy access to the beach. We chose a cooler week unfortunately so we couldn’t get enjoy sitting on the beach the entire time but when we could, having the two chairs reserved for us was the best.

We stayed here for my wife's work conference. Everything here was as advertised. Great view and very convenient to all stores and restaurants. Bed was very comfortable and it was nice to have a TV in one of these places that was bigger than 32'!

Absolutely gorgeous unit with an ocean view from the main living space and master bedroom. Suitcase trollies in abundance. Huge gated parking lot with adequate night-time lighting. Close to great restaurants and family activities. Fully loaded kitchen with every conceivable utensil. Washer and dryer. It felt like home away from home. Hubby is very hard to please, but he extolled this property.

Great location, Beautiful Condo

This place was exactly what we were hoping for. Close to the beach and a great (heated) pool to play in. The condo is beautifully finished and has amazing views. We really appreciated the washer/dryer and full kitchen. We also appreciated the 2 beach chairs and umbrella down on the beach included with the condo. It made us feel like we had our own reserved spot at the beach every day. A great place for R&R and not too far away from all the action on the Boardwalk. We will definitely be coming back!

PRISTINE!

Such a beautiful, well appointed condo. All of the little touches of home were greatly appreciated. From the FULLY stocked kitchen to the beautiful library, games, dvd's.......nothing has been missed. The only suggestion that I would make is to make the balcony a little more comfortable furniture wise, but in all of my years renting condos on the beach, this one takes the cake! We will definitely be booking our next stay at ASAP!
