Welcome to our private ground-floor guest suite located in a quiet gated community near The Woodlands, Conroe, hospitals, shopping, restaurants, and major highways.
This compact guest suite is designed for travelers looking for a clean, comfortable, and affordable place to stay. It is ideal for medical visitors, business travelers, families, and guests who plan to spend most of their time exploring the area.
The suite includes two private bedrooms, each furnished with a comfortable queen-size bed, Smart TV, blackout curtains, fresh linens, and storage space for personal belongings.
Guests have access to a private full bathroom stocked with towels, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, soap, and other essentials.
Please note that this is a compact guest suite, not a full apartment. The suite does not include a separate living room or sitting area.
A small kitchenette is provided for basic meal preparation and includes a refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, electric kettle, dishes, utensils, and a portable electric cooktop. Please note that the kitchenette does not include a kitchen sink or a full-size stove and is intended for simple meals, snacks, coffee, and breakfast preparation.
Guests enjoy a private entrance through the garage and free driveway parking for up to two standard passenger vehicles.
A shared laundry room with a washer and dryer is available for guest use.
The homeowners live in the home and are available if assistance is needed while respecting guests’ privacy throughout their stay.
Due to driveway size limitations and HOA regulations, trucks with trailers, cargo trailers, RVs, campers, boats, moving trailers, and other tow-behind equipment cannot be accommodated. Street parking is not permitted within the community.

Paid for a full booking, received zero nights. She kept our cash and gave us bedbugs.My two little boys and I entered what appeared to be a pleasant pair of bedrooms in an expensive house in a rich, gated community. We were tired from our busy day of travel, so I tucked them in and went to my my room. That's when the nightmare began. I heard one of my sons cry out in misery from the other bedroom and immediately leaped out of bed. When I turned on the light, he had just thrown up. Bedbugs had bitten him in the night. Looking around, I discovered a loathsome insect plump with the blood of my child scurrying away up the cloth headboard: a bedbug. Immediately, I instructed my sons to get out of the infested bed. I cleaned up the vomit quickly as a courtesy to my host and placed the bedding in the washer. Then I hastily packed my suitcases and prepared to leave. I also took the precaution of wrapping our suitcases in garbage bags and sealing them off. Vera (our host) offered me the other room on the property, but I didn't think a door would stop a bedbug from crawling under it. When we arrived at home, I finally removed the garbage bags so I could wash the clothing and guess what fell out? A bedbug! If I hadn't been so cautious, my car, my home, and everywhere else we stayed would have been infested by Vera's vermin. I contacted Vera. She offered us small sum of money (insultingly low) and refused to make things right. This parasitic property sucks blood and cash. Avoid!

We are sorry the guest had an upsetting experience, but this review contains several statements that are not supported by the facts. The child was not only vomiting but also had severe diarrhea, indicating he was ill. There is no evidence that these symptoms were caused by a bed bug. The guest also states they stayed in several other places during their trip, so it is impossible to determine where the single insect they described originated. Contrary to the review, the vomit was not cleaned up. The bedding was simply placed into the washing machine. Our cleaner had to remove it, sanitize the linens, and perform extensive additional cleaning of the bathroom. For this extra work, she was paid $160. Security camera footage also shows the guests leaving with their luggage uncovered, not wrapped in garbage bags as claimed in the review. After the stay, the guest's private messages to me were polite, and he even acknowledged that I was not personally at fault. I offered a $200 refund. My payout for this three-night reservation was only about $360; the remainder of the amount paid by the guest consisted of VRBO service fees that are retained by the platform, not the host. Finally, two independent professional inspections found no evidence of bed bugs or an active infestation. Nevertheless, I still arranged professional treatment as an additional precaution for future guests.
