Host was very responsive to all our questions and needs. Home was well maintained and well stocked. Ample space and seating for entertaining 12. The pool and spa were small but nice and convenient. Very nice outdoor setup overall.

Amazing house and host ! Our family of 5 felt right at home as soon as we walked in the door. From my 13 year old daughter to the adults, we all had something to do. The house is well stocked and by far is the best VRBO we have stayed at in all of our travels. We will return for sure !

We had an amazing stay at this Vrbo in The Villages this past week! From the moment we arrived, everything was spotless, well-maintained, and exactly as described—if not better.The home was beautifully decorated, super comfortable, and had all the amenities we needed (and then some). The kitchen was fully stocked, the beds were incredibly comfortable, and the outdoor space was perfect for relaxing after a long day. We especially loved how quiet and peaceful the neighborhood was while still being close to everything.The location couldn’t have been better, easy access to town squares, restaurants, golf courses, and all the fun The Villages has to offer. It made getting around so convenient.The host was fantastic, responsive, helpful, and made the entire process seamless from booking to check-out.We truly felt at home here and didn’t want to leave. Would absolutely stay again and highly recommend to anyone looking for a perfect getaway in The Villages!

House was clean and pool and spa was great. The host was very friendly and responsive. There was a misunderstanding about the inclusion of the golf cart in the rental but Kim was gracious and agreed to include it at no additional charge.
