737 Fairway North Shore is very nicely appointed. The inside rooms, the furnishings, the outdoor patio with grill and pool are all beautifully decorated. The kitchen has everything you'd need for a nice stay. The property is centrally located. And the communication response times are very prompt. We all enjoyed our week!

With the amount paid, we would have expected to have a good supply of toilet paper, paper towels, kleenex, dishwasher soap. We had a very small starter supply and ran out quickly. These are very basic items that should be supplied for the cost of stay.

North shore review

The house is nice, the furniture needs updated and there's not enough sitting space in the living room for even a family of four. We called about a hot tub jet issue that was cause the hot tub to be loud and spill over the edge, it didn't get fixed the entire week. There wasn't enough blankets and the bedding needs updated. We had to call for a couple fixes on the oven and dishwasher, the staff was friendly. The shuttle did not operate within the indicated hours so be cautious when considering using the service.

ok property but needs work.

Hot tub heat did not work the first 2 days, the last day there was heat but the hot tub would completely empty when turned on. management was nice but 3 days of no hot tub after golf we could have saved a few grand and stayed in condo. Also a ceiling fan didn’t work, carpet looked like it should have been replaced a few years ago, dented fridge and AC when set to 73 was only able to hold 77 in the day.

Photos were a bit misleading

The pictures look a bit nicer than the actual home is. Inside was nice and the bedrooms were nicely decorated and very comfortable. The kitchen was equipped, and the open family room was ok, however for a home that is meant for 8 people, there were only 2 counter stools and they were way to short for the counter. The photo of the back yard is very deceiving - it is a much smaller space than it appears. The outdoor furniture is way too large for the space - and it is not the furniture in the photos. The pool was quite dirty and we asked that it be cleaned - which it was. In addition there was construction happening 2 doors down and the noise started early morning and made it impossible to sit outdoors at all during the day. Constant tile cutting and pick-up trucks parked on the other side of the properties fence. It was very annoying. The resort itself was really nice. The golf courses were great, the water park was awesome and the 3 restaurants we ate at were good. The shuttle bus was a great way to get around in the evening. If I was going to go back to Reunion I would look for a different property.

It’s ok

Check in was the worst. Arrived an hour after check in to give them time and after driving 10.5 hours I was ready to relax BUT the place took over 2.5 hours to be ready. Once I receive a key I was able to settle down and the rest of the stay was ok. I liked that I had access to the water park along with a pool on the property. Should advertise that if you need anything extra like trash bags or toilet paper you have to get it yourself. The property was about 15/20 min away from most things. Would I stay again yes if I had a large family going but will be more prepared next time and will call to see if I can get in at the 4pm check in time.
