The host was great, checked in periodically to ensure everything was going well. Location is a decent area, quiet with the exception of construction but it wasnt a bother especially if you were out during the day. Would definitely return
It was a very calm weekend host was really nice and responded quickly there was construction in the area but it wasn’t a bother over the weekend definitely will be booking again it was in a cutoff nice and quiet
Semi quiet place tucked on a dead end road. I work the night shift so the scrap metal dump located directly across the street was not kind to me while trying to sleep during the day. Not a “bad” place though. I do think some things need to be worked on about the refunding process. Our job finished a little over two weeks earlier than the rental end date and we basically got a “thanks come again” out of it…
The property was exactly what we expected based on the photos online. The neighborhood wasn’t great, but we never had issues feeling unsafe. The outdoor area was a great place for us to hangout and the 2 bedrooms and living area was plenty of room for everyone to hang out. I would stay here again.
Located in a nice neighborhood at the end of the street, and very quiet except for the trains goinby every so often, but I like the sound of a train going by so sleep wasn't an issue. It's close enough to the city but far enough for some peace and quiet

House was clean and cozy, but unfortunately there was terrible road construction right in front of the house. Not any fault of the host. Parking details were also a little unclear.

AOKAY!
This property was alright, could use some changes. Overall enjoyed the stay however some of the lights were not working. Also there’s an ant pest infestation in kitchen/bar so beware of that and just some items around the house were broken/unusable. My friend and I were barely home so these things were not too much a bother but I hope the host gets them fixed for their next tenant.
Everything from the initial booking to check out was seamless. Zenthus, the host, was very communicative and even called to help me work the front door code. The house instructions were clear from the beginning as Zenthus sent me detailed information regarding check in, house rules, and check out.The property was just as pictured and very clean both inside and out. There was a very faint smell of cigarette smoke in the house, but it wasn't terrible. The beds and pillows were very comfortable and the sheets were crisp and clean. AC works great, and there is a bonus fire place like feature under the TV. Laundry, a garage to park in, and a Roku TV are some additional bonuses. There was a lot of street work going on in the neighborhood but overall it is quiet and free of traffic. It should be mentioned there are train tracks nearby and occasional boat traffic, but this did not bother me.I've shared a few pictures I took of the property myself. I'd likely stay at this property again as it was priced right and in a great location for my needs.
This property should never have been rented out for my stay. There was major street construction on the street directly in front of the property that did not allow for direct access whatsoever When I arrived there wereCity workers with equipment that blocked my entrance to the street the street was closed to the publicI had to park two blocks away and walk with all of my luggage and belongings to the property. I immediately informed the host that this was not acceptable. I asked him to bring ply board to cover the open trenches, so maybe I could access the park in that he said was available on the property. The the host also informed me the road construction was supposed to be completed by the day I checked in, however he confessed that he had not been to the property to see if that was soFrom the looks of things, it seemed like completion of the roadwork would take at least another monthWhat made matters exponentially worse is that a rain storm came and turned all of the construction dirt into mudWhen it was time to leave, we had to carry all of our luggage and belongings through the mudWhich got on our shoes, clothes and luggage. We checked out early and got a partial refund. The house itself is fine and it would actually be a nice place to stayExcept for another major drawback, there is a train track directly behind this house and train whistles blows until 130am and and starts again at 440am it’s an awful place to sleep!!
My clients drove 6 hours to Houston to attend the Houston Texans and Jacksville Jaguars game. Only to arrive to a property that was meant for them to relax peacefully and enjoy their 3 night stay instead a nightmare. The property, the listing details about the property and the details leading up to and surrounding the property were completely inaccurate. The property sat in the middle of a construction disaster. There was dirt where there should have been roads on every street leading to the property. There were holes in the sidewalks, rocks and gravel, heavy machinery and workers operating the machinery and roads everywhere surrounding the property. The host was contacted about the issues and he was very unhappy. Not because of the issues but because my clients chose to not stay at that property. It was a risk to their health and their vehicles. I contacted VRBO about the issue, they reached out to the host and am agreement was made to cancel the reservation and refund clients. VRBO compensated my clients to help them find lodging for their stay and assume me and my client will receive a refund in 5 days. It's been well over 5 days. After speaking back and forth to the host and with VRBO directly, the host refused to refund my clients their money. Stating that VRBO never cancelled the reservation. Since it's been an uproar and a lot of tension between us and the host.To keep it highly professional, I will simply say that the Host experience was completely unethical.
