OUTDOOR OASIS

Relax in one of the largest heated pools on private property in Key Colony with a beach entry and bench seats surrounded by 30-foot palm trees! Large enough to play volleyball or enjoy hours of fun with pool toys or swimming laps. The expansive pool can be viewed and accessed from the second-floor staircase, or from the ground level front door. Once by the pool, you will find conversational, cushioned seating for 6, pool lounge chairs for 2, pool side chairs for 4, and a comfortable sofa under the Tiki Hut.

Enjoy eating in the covered outdoor dining area and grilling your fresh catch-of-the-day on the large outdoor gas grill. The extra, oversized fridge/freezer in the utility room next to the grill comes in handy for extra beverages and appetizers.

Hop on the kayaks provided and explore the canals or ocean, minutes from your vacation home.

Enjoy your favorite beverage and play charades under the shade of the Tiki Hut next to the pool, under the swaying Jamaican palms, or next to the playful Foxtail palms.

Anglers will appreciate the 75 foot dock, fish cleaning station and 2 freezers - one dedicated to bait and the other for ice.

You will also enjoy the West facing outdoor living space, to view the magnificent sunsets from your perch by, or in, the pool, or from the second floor.
INDOOR RETREAT

Gather in the expansive gourmet kitchen to create new and fun concoctions! Gourmet chefs will appreciate this custom designed kitchen with imported Brazilian granite and quartzite counter tops, stainless steel appliances, professional chef’s knife set, quality cookware, and a second large refrigerator/freezer near the pool in the utility room for beverages, extra food storage, or your next gourmet dish. Ample seating for 14 at the kitchen island and custom banquette, which easily accommodates adults and children of all ages. Don’t forget to turn on the kitchen night light, in case you have a midnight craving.

Escape in the comfy living room couches while you snack and play games on the oversized coffee table, and admire the life-sized marlin, or try to find the mermaids. Watch your favorite movie on the high-definition TV, and close the theatre style, room darkening curtains for maximum viewing pleasure.

Enjoy views of the giant palm trees and surrounding vegetation from the sliding glass doors off the kitchen which open to a private balcony. For privacy, close the custom blinds. Computer work or musical aspirations can be enjoyed in the multi-purpose room overlooking the pool, with a desk and chair, and electronic keyboard when you feel inspired.

LUXURIOUS SLEEPING ACCOMMODATIONS

You deserve a much-needed respite from the busy life that you have come to the Keys to escape from. This home sleeps up to 8 guests in 3 bedrooms and a multi-purpose room. 1st ensuite bedroom - king bed; 2nd ensuite bedroom - king bed; 3rd bedroom - 2 queen beds, multi-purpose room - 1 king murphy bed. The First Master Suite is located on one side of the main living area, and the remaining 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms are accessed from the opposite side of the main living area. The fourth bedroom is adjacent to the main living area. All beds are high quality with mattress pads, hotel quality linens, and enclosed with waterproof covers.

The First Master suite features a scrumptious king-sized bed, walk-in closet, room darkening curtains, and a “wall of glass” with a door to your own, private balcony overlooking the palm trees and Tiki Hut. Revel in the spacious, walk-in shower for 2, with 2 shower heads and a rain shower, and a generous built-in bench seat. Enjoy the double vanity and separate “toilet room.” We know this is not necessary, but oh, what a luxury! A soothing overhead night light can be turned on to help you adjust to your new accommodations.

Relax and unwind in the Second Master suite with a king bed and watch your own, private, high-definition TV. Freshen up for the day’s adventure in your private, custom walk-in shower.

View the pool area from the guest room with 2 queen beds, room darkening curtains, and a “wall of glass” with a sliding door to the balcony that overlooks the pool and wraps around to the stairs leading down to the pool area.

Quickly access the pool area after a good night’s sleep in the Marriot hotel king murphy bed, overlooking the pool and Tiki Hut.

PRIVATE “INCH BEACH”

Watch the sunset, or take a picnic lunch or BBQ to the exclusive, members only “inch beach” with its pristine beach, Tiki Huts, charcoal grill and covered tables within walking distance of the property. Take our comfortable beach chairs with you to the beach!

KEY COLONY BEACH

Known as the “Gem of the Keys”, this property is in the charming village of Key Colony Beach, an hour from Key West and about two hours from Miami. Key Colony Beach is its own city, super clean and surrounded by water for true island charm. You can ride bikes and walk everywhere on the island. There is a playground, tennis courts, a Par 3 golf course, basketball courts, bocce courts, a playground, and recently added pickle ball courts.
Within easy walking or biking distance is Sunset Park, where everyone gathers at sunset to toast the end of another day in paradise. Also within walking distance is Key Colony Beach’s restaurants including Key Colony Inn, Havana Jack's coffee shop, restaurant, liquor store, charter boats, gas dock, bait shop, rental boats, and a dive shop,
SURROUNDING AREA

World class white sand beaches are within 15 miles and include Bahia Honda, Sombrero, and Curry Hammock State Park. Bahia Honda is one of the top 25 beaches in the U.S. Sombrero Beach is more of a locals beach with sand volleyball, a new state-of-the-art children’s playground, and covered picnic areas. Curry Hammock is a windsurfer’s and kite surfer’s destination.
Scuba diving, snorkeling and some of the world's best fishing are minutes from the property by your boat, or one of the many local charters. World class diving and snorkeling can be found in the Keys, including John Pennekamp Coral Reef State Park an hour away.
