Place was exactly as described! We watched the nightly fireworks from the bed, so cool. A 5 minute walk to the falls and park! Couldn’t have asked for a better location.

We stayed for 5 days and had a great time. The staff was great any concerns where taken care of. We enjoyed the bar every night Vinnie , Alex and Kevin were great bar tenders meet allot of good people! Would come back again!

We enjoyed our stay in the Giacomo Hotel. There was plenty of space in the king room for my wife and I and our dog. The location is great, we walked to both the US and Canadian side of the Falls. The room has a nice view on the river side looking out towards the Falls and Canada. We were able to watch the fireworks from our room. The hotel provides a secured parking lot. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the host was communicative. I would stay again if we return to Niagara Falls.

Great spot. Close to everything. People were extremely nice and the price was great! Also bonus points for being pet friendly! If you have dogs traveling with you, I highly recommend!

The hotel is amazing! Very unique a must stay! The Host Lenny was very responsive and welcoming. The bartender Kevin is by far one of the best! Kevin was very friendly and kept us laughing our whole stay. The hotel is located within walking distance to all the attractions. Highly recommended this property!

The room was great, very comfortable beds. Only concern was the amount of dust. The curtains and a lot of the electronics (phone, clock, lamps) had large amounts of dust on them. Easy enough to wipe off and the customer service was excellent.

Our stay at the hotel was absolutely delightful. Everything was perfect the way we were treated. All the employees were friendly and kind. Everything was close by that you could walk to the view was spectacular. We just loved it and can’t say enough about it.
