In summer time guests can take vegatables and fruits for free of charge from our garden. We have small garden for ourselves. Fruits and vegetables we breed are pesticides free. Children can enjoy on trampoline, slide, badminton, darts, basketball or sand playground. Rent a bike to explore cycling routes arround or rent a kayak and feel pittoresque landscapes of Gacka river. Ask your host.

We are always present at listing and we always serve welcome drink to our guests: coffe or tea and home made liquor (Sljivovic - made from plumbs).
Always at your service, we can pick you up in city center or at bus station at arrival. If you are interested in history of this area we can inform you and show you some of the interesting natural or historical places.
We love to spend some time with our guests to get know each other, but always respect your privacy and your wishes.

Nice unspoiled location

We were visiting Plitvice and this was a great place to stay. Nice hosts, locals vibe in the nearby restaurants. Other activities available for after the waterfalls.

Great stay

2 unforgettable days , one spent at Plitvice lakes and beautiful Rastoke village and second day driving ATV in Prozor , stopping to see water mills, old planes , beautiful landscape or part of local history. Apartment is clean , owner is very friendly and he organizes kayak, ATV and bike trips in the area.

Very Reasonably Priced

We booked this accommodation based on closeness to Plitvic National Park. After entering the park Please be aware that it is another 1/2 hour drive to parking where walks commence. The mattresses were very comfortable and we slept well here. Just simple accommodation, two hot plates and toaster only cooking options. TV’s in both bedrooms and living. We would stay again based on price.

Great host

A bit small but so clean and neat. Dennis is a 10 host in every way. Could use more counts space for cell phones with electrical to plug them in and a coffee maker. Instant just does not do it. Other wise a great place and excellent restaurant near by.

Good starting point for Plitvice, National parks and more

The flat is a side-building of the owbers house. It has two bed rooms for either four adults or a family of two adults and two children. Unfortunately the largest room is a combination of kitchen and eating room, there is no living room with furniture to lay on or sit convenient. Also there is no veranda or equivalent for sitting and reading a book or music listening. But it's clean, large enough and on a very silent area in "the middle of nowhere", so no large traffic, loud industry e.g. It's roughly one hour by car to Plitvice, the sea or other national parks. Ideal also for families with small children.

Die Wohnung liegt etwas außerhalb, sehr idyllisch. Kleiner als erwartet, aber da wir nur eine Nacht brauchten, war das in Ordnung. Sehr aufmerksam waren die bereit gestellten Kaffeekapseln - they made my day! Die Betten waren wirklich gut (für Rückengeplagte immer wichtig) und die gut gekühlte Wohnung war angenehm.

Tolle, saubere Unterkunft

Als wir kamen steckte der Schlüssel von außen dran so dass wir direkt einfach alles auspacken konnten. In der Küche ist alles vorhanden, was man benötigt. Das von uns gewünschte Reisebett und der Hochstuhl standen auch bereit. Alles sehr sauber und ordentlich. Es gibt nichts zu beanstanden. Im Ort gibt es eine sehr tolle, günstige Bäckerei, wo wir uns etwas zum Frühstück oder auch warme Dinge für die Brotzeit am Abend geholt haben. Wir haben uns während unserem Aufenthalt die Plitvicer Seen und die Mühlen angesehen. Die Mühlen sind unserer Meinung nach ein absoluter Geheimtipp.An unserem Abreisetag, haben wir den Schlüssel einfach von außen wieder stecken gelassen.

Warm welcome !

Denis and his wife are very friendly and welcoming. We feel like as we are at home! :) There are different stores which we can find the necessities nearby. Tidy little apartment in idyllic countryside

Great place to relax, away from the crowds. Situated in farm land, in the middle of nowhere - just what I love! The host Denis was very welcoming and made sure we had everything we needed. He also runs an outdoor activity centre, so we had a lovely afternoon on Kayaks down the Gacka river.

Hi there, my name is Denis and I am the owner of the house and the apartment for rent. I was born here, finish primary school and school for economics in Otocac. After that I went other town to study tourism. Now I live with my wife Sandra and daughter Melani at the place where my grandfather and father were born. My wife Sandra is also from the area. Her home villege is only 10 km distance from here. we enjoy to work tourism. meeting people from all aver the world our small home becomes small world.

Why they chose this property

Actually we didn't buy this property. My father and mother start to built our home in 1990 and later I finished it. Now I proudly live with my family in the home that my father and mother start to built.

What makes this property unique

Children playground is advantage for parents with children. We also provide kayak, bike, and ATV tours for adventuourists and nature lovers. Porch with BBQ place is great for party people. We provide fun for everybody.
